If I’d of known jackpot scammers were part of Betway I’d of stayed well clear!. They DO NOT pay out & customer service just fobs you off and blatantly LIES. If MY money isn’t received by end of today I’m pursuing legal action & reporting to to GC. Quick enough to take your money but not so quick at paying out winnings. IF I receive MY money today then I’ll gladly update this review but I highly doubt it. Total SCAMMERS don’t waste your money. And don’t bother leaving me a pathetic automated msg because that does nothing. Update….. 24 hours later & im STILL waiting. Taking this further today. This site needs investigating & closing. Thieves. I have ALOT of evidence.
I'm still waiting for my withdrawal to be processed since the 13th of june, I've sent documents after documents, being told on live chat different things everyday, it's really frustrating, when you win money you expect to be paid out, no one is replying to my emails, and the live chat are just giving me the run around, it's really disappointing and I won't be playing on jackpot city again
Im desperately seeking help to find someone to help with a Issue with online casino Jackpot city. I was spending too much money so I requested self-exclusion on my account and three weeks later it came into affect. The amount of time this was unexpected. When they closed the account they kept my balance in my account of $2,500. Its the wild west out there for these online casinos. I don't know who to turn to I was hopping that you maybe able to help. Under the Igaming act self-exclusion should be easy and immediate. To fine the self-exclusion option online you need to look around and when you do find the option you message them and they will get back to you in 72 hrs. Three weeks is unacceptable. I've private messaged multiple times gone online to chat with live support. Now that self-exclusion no one will respond to me. I lost so much money now jackpot city just keeps the rest. Jackpot city responds to messages on hear then does nothing.

That’s when I found out they had misspelled my email address — it was missing a letter. I’ve now corrected it in my account, but I believe this issue could’ve been resolved weeks ago if they had simply answered my repeated requests.What’s worse is that I now wonder if this was intentional.
