Where do I start. First no one there speaks English so it is hard to understand them. I wanted to order a bra from them. I got a male who barely spoke English. He did not know what he was doing and the phone conversation took 30 minutes to order one item. He then ordered the wrong bra size. When I got the email confirmation I noticed it was the wrong size. I called them back to tell them to update my order so they would send the correct size. They said they could not cancel or change my order because it was "in processing". I asked if the order was on a truck on its way to me and they said no that it would take 2 weeks to get to my house. They said the order was sitting in their warehouse waiting to be processed by someone. In order for me to get the right size I would have to place another order and send back the first order when I get it. How stupid is that. Just send me the right size and forget the wrong size. They should tell people that when you place an order it cannot be cancelled even if it is 5 minutes after placing the order.

Items are sized improperlThe material is cheap and if you need to do a return You will spend more money returning than what you pay for. You will end up receiving nothing back. And God forbid your package. Don't show up they will not give you your money back.
Bought 2 tank dresses - same style but different colors - in the same size I've worn for several years for an upcoming trip. They were way too large. Original exorbitant shipping charge of $14.98 brought the cost up to $59.08; now I have the pleasure of paying $10.99 to return them and can wait for $31.00 back - slightly over half what the purchase cost me. That's outrageous!!!! Maybe they make their money from sizing improperly and then raking in the cash from returns. An earlier order of a pair of pants came in very flimsy fabric, and I should have just stayed away. Very displeased. Will never again order from them - or their affiliates.
I was shocked that I would have to pay over $50 Canadian to return this pair of shoes. They refused to listen to the fact that I was unaware that I would have to pay exorbitant return costs to the US when I ordered the shoes (Mea slingbacks). Canadian buyers beware- don't bother ordering from this company.
TRIED TO CANCEL WHEN NO TRACKING: WOULD NOT LET ME; ASKED FOR TRACKING & CARRIER SO I CAN REFUSE, DIDN'T HAVE, ASKED 6 TIMES FOR SUPERVISOR, NOTHING. ASKED WHEN WILL IT BE DELIVERED NOTHING I PUT 2 RED SIGNS OUT FOR DELIVERY (GOT TRAX FORM ANOTHER NICE LADY 6 CALLS) ARRIVED BUT FEDX IGNORED MY NOTE HUGE HASSLE TRYING TO SEND IT BACK AWFUL EXPERIENCE PACKAGE WAS NOT GOOD, CHEAPLY WRAPPED UP IN CHEAP PLASTIC WITH 5 BOXES IN IT!! F- F- F- F--
Everytime I get a reward certificate, it says: already redeemed. I got the reward on 10/11/2023 and on 10/12/2023 it didn't process and said already redeemed. 2nd time this happened. I called customer service, they said it's a glitch both times, or that I already used it. Ridiculous!
