Alison Hinchcliff my management move officer has gone above and beyond to find me a new property. In such a short amount of time as I was a victim of a viscous homophobic hate crime from my previous next door neighbour .I am disabled and have certain needs and Alison was and continues to be a great help and support for me I could have asked for a better person to have dealt with my case 😊

Nothing more than a loan company!Getting the house, Karren was great. Everything else "ah well you see because you are shared ownership..."Our back door - window has a water ingress. We reported this within two weeks of moving in. Almost four years later, still no repair- well we've had two visits, but neither one attempted to affect a repair.Our neighbour sent TEN (10) screws through our fence - protruding two inches, Jigsaw's response:"unfortunately we would attend to repair the fence as this kind of repair would be tenants responsibility." - GibberishConcrete slabs moving in the back garden? Well I await their apathetic response which may well blame the ground, climate change, el niño, who knows!Customer services is just not a thing here!As predicted, 'you are shared owner, so we are doing nothing for you'"Good Morning, Thank you for your recent email regarding loose paving flags in your rear garden. Unfortunately as you are a shared owner at this property all repairs are your responsbvility. Kind regards AishaRepairs Team "Update: More and more flags becoming loose and unstable, potentialy hazardous. This is very obviously a defect in whatever drainage was laid. As such it surely should be down to the developer to amend and correct?

Absolutely had enough of threatening letters, hundreds of calls from numerous numbers. My rent is paid directly from housing benefit the same date every month yet I'm still receiving countless of threatening letters that they are seeking possession of mine and my young daughters home through court. I've rang countless of times so they clearly know it gets paid every month . I get different answers from each person I've spoke to. My anxiety is through the roof with this going on 2 plus years of threatening letters that I now have hypertension and now have to be on life long medication!
