Fantastic customer service. I’d ordered something that wouldn’t work for my table and they quickly spotted my mistake, suggested a suitable alternative and refunded the difference. I was so impressed I ordered two more which arrived quickly. Highly recommend
Friendly and prompt emails from a team who genuinely care about their products and providing excellent service. I had ordered a particular colour but somehow received a different one. When I contacted the team they got straight on to resolving the issue sending out the ordered colour on an overnight delivery - I was both surprised and delighted at the speed. Huge thanks to everyone who pulled out the stops to get the order fulfilled in time.
We have had high expectations from this company after paying £60 for the tablecloth but unfortunately, this product was very disappointing. There are such types of tablecloths sewed from two pieces in the middle creating an ugly bump across the table. Maybe it is my fault I am not fluent in English or haven't spent my youth around sewing but after kindly requesting a return I was referred to the impossible-to-return T&Cs (only if there is an issue from their end) and denied to return this low-quality ugly piece of art. Anyway, my mother-in-law brought from Hungary a 100% cotton better looking, no leftover jointing of pieces in the middle, tablecloth that costs just a fraction of what this cost me. Truth be told this is a lesson of reviewing companies in Tripadvisor before purchasing. All said I will take this on the chin as £60 would not make a difference in my life but will not purchase it again from this company, nor would recommend it. Thanks to the person who mentioned Dunelm as they have great products with even better customer service. Merry X Mass to everyone, including the Jolee staff!
