I ordered some things for my grand…

I ordered some things for my grand daughter and at first they told me the order will take around 2 weeks , well 4 weeks passed and I contacted them and to my surprise they told me the delivery can take up to 105 days to be delivered. Sorry but that didn’t go down well , and i requested my money back but when they answered they never even mention my request to get my money back

Withholding tracking number

Very difficult to use. I just want the tracking number for the item I ordered but everything I click just sends me to downliad an app I don't want. I downloaded the app but that didn't give me a tracking number. I have just now emailed them asking for a tracking number. I already hate this site and app just because of them making it very hard to get a tracking number. I will definitely not use it ever again. You shouldn't have to download a special app to track a parcel you ordered.

From order to delivery time ........way too long and the cushions I ordered - 2 ok and 2 really rubbish.Would not recommend them!

Too long to arrive, too expensive compared to other outlets

My package came two months after the order placement and, unfortunately, I found the exact same products at one fourth of the price (i.e. 2.10€ instead of 8.66€) I paid to Joom. It's an expensive lesson learned. I feel scammed!
