It does what it says, the products always comes eventually (sometimes tracking the package(s) is/are difficult to know when or where it is and with whom it is sensed and it depends what kind of product(s) (order number changed 3 times or more) . But at the end it is reliable and trustworthy and it comes to the right address I have written, no scamming, no info-lying... for now and hopefully forever, I'll let you know if there will be problems.
Having tried joint relief liquid for my dogs from eBay, I found the 'same' product (in every way - box, design, bottle etc) on this site, much cheaper. I should have known. I bought 3 bottles and they are full of pretty much water: Ingredients: 'Purified water, mint extract, ethanol, sorbitol, erythritol', instead of 'Glucosamine, Turmeric Oil, Devils Claw oil, Chondroitin and Ascorbic and Hyaluronic oils.' Utter nonsense masquerading as something homeopathic and good. Avoid or just throw your money into a bin.
I called after placing an order as it came up as a fraud. The rep was incredibly rude when I asked the order number and tried to cancel as this is a fraudulent company. He stated he WOULDN'T CANCEL and to go on the website which doesn't even show I ordered anything yet its pending on my credit card. I asked do a need to cancel my credit card now since you just scammed me, he said " this is America you do what ever you want " then hung up. Now I keep getting texts my order was placed and they wont Answer the phone. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM THEY ARE SCAMMERS.
