This website is a total scam, the item doesnt match the description at all, you will 90% get something different from the photos. The cream doesnt have any seal, ingredients, instructions, termination date. Actually it looks like a baby cream sold triple times more expensive.Customer support is the most useless ever (Artem and Luidmyla), they tell that they can not make a refund because their website is just an intermediary. And the seller never replies to the email.
Bought a laptop riser which was advertised as a German make Oatsbasf but what I got was a cheap poor quality alternative. Very unhappy with Joom as they should sell what’s advertised. Emailed to complain but no response. Last time I buy there.
Ordered a set of a red dress and an ivory sweater paid 565 mdl in total with lighting discount. The order was changed to only sweater when i paid for the full set and never received the dress now when checking the sweater isn't 500 its only 360 so i was wrongfully charged for a cheap material sweater and never even got my dress. Customer support its just a robot cant even talk to a real person
I received the shoes in a reasonable time. It took longer than it should to ship, but ok.. I did not expect it to come from china. The sizing was apparently different and even if I bought a size that is usually large for me it was too small this time. This information was available in the description but I assumed it was regular sizing as I’ve been using the same size forever..Problem was when I wanted to return it and had to pay for the full amount of the return. As the shoes came from china, which I did not expect, it would be too expensive to be worth it. I understand that Joom is within the limits of the law when handeling it like this. But it is bad customer service. Claiming and arguing that you are doing business within the law usually not a good sign of a customer forward business.Another issue is that they force you to do anything with your order once placed, even simple things like tracking it. Or handle issues or returns.
After a long waiting time (2 weeks) I got the wrong parts (buckle clips) delivered. Which means wrong size. Actually I needed only one 1 (or mabye one more as a spare). Needing to order 10 parts is also quite unconvenient. Maybe I finally end up with 20 parts, where I only need 1 (ok, good with one spare).Customer service is oganized in a very unclear way.
