I bought a very expensive dental imagining x-Ray machine from Joom, and it shows that UPS delivered it to me, but i never recieved it. I asked from Helpcenter from Joom, and they dont help me to find it. Every time with any stupid answer they kill the time and i dont know what to do. Dont trust them at all, bcs u cant get ur money or parcel back.I am living in Switzerland and this is not acceptable.
Cancelled order of model car without any notification, this was 2 weeks after the order was placed edition and supposed to be delivered. Tried to email, no email, go to submit an online form and it keeps rejecting it. I need a refund for the other part of the order as don't need it now because it was for the part they cancelled. Can't get through. Don't buy from them!
I ordered two pairs of trainers through Joom and was shocked to discover they were counterfeit. The quality was poor, the branding was fake, and the items were clearly not as described.When I raised this with Joom, their response was completely unacceptable — they refused to issue a refund unless I paid to return the items to China, even though they were fake and illegal to sell. According to UK consumer law, customers are not required to cover return postage for counterfeit or misrepresented goods, but Joom ignored this entirely.Their customer service is slow, dismissive, and takes no real responsibility for the sellers on their platform. I’ve since raised the issue with Klarna for investigation.I would strongly advise others to avoid buying from Joom, especially if the seller is based overseas. You risk wasting your money and dealing with counterfeit products and poor aftercare.
