I ordered childrens winter boots. They turned out to be of a joke quality. I have never in my life seen such joke quality. I had to rub my eyes. They could have been used at a movie set recording some Back to the future sequel movie or Star Wars. The sole is made up of a thin layer 1mm thich plastic with foam underneath like a soft ball for throwing. Awful. I will never in my life use this site again. Stay away. Stay away.
Do not use. Items come from china and it’s not clear this is the case. They sent the wrong size and I was quizzed and had to prove evidence. They refused the error, stating I had to return to china and pay for shipping. Simple advice- it’s very very risky buying on here.
I'm very frustrated with my purchase on this site. I definitely wouldn't recommend it. I purchased three products on August 11, 2025, and only one was delivered on September 4, 2025. The other two were scheduled to arrive on the same date. When I logged into the app, they had changed the delivery date to October 26, 2025. I don't understand why the products weren't processed together since it was a purchase to the same address. Now I'll have to wait two months to receive the rest of the orders. What was supposed to be a good experience for me was a terrible one. I don't recommend the long delivery time for products. If all purchases had been delivered together, perhaps the experience would have been completely different. I'm very dissatisfied with the end result. I will definitely stop buying from this site. I don't recommend it. I'm still waiting for my products.
Another so called cheap site - taking ages to arrive, no way of finding out where the parcel is, but money taken out of account, no one to get in touch with, cannot make out the site at all. Bought a bag nearly a month ago, still not had. No phone no nothing. The email address just says do not get in touch they don't answer.How can anyone run a business like this.
Do not give any card details to this company. They use your details to steal money from your account. This is the only company I have used where it was necessary to supply card details. It is a virtual card and has no information on it and I have been advised by my bank that it’s virtually impossible to lose money any other. I have read your reply however you asked for my actual card details so it was not secured as it would be for example by using Apple Pay.
I ordered, in all good faith, 3 x 60ml bottles of YEGBONG joint relief for dogs from the Joom site. A complete scam. It turned out to be three bottles of glorified water and nothing whatsoever resembling the ingredients listed on the producer's website. Joom has offered a refund so it will be interesting to see if it materialises.*** UPDATE *** I received an instant refund from Joom for which I am grateful. Perhaps the company needs to review the quality of goods it sells on its site.
1 star because I cannot put 0.Order a card deck. Very nice from the pictures, was really what I was looking for.Received the parcel and the quality was not there! Card very slippery (which is ok as they were new), the sentences printedon the cards was not clear, the pictures even worst!Asked for the refund and at the beginning they offered me 50% and the possibility to keep the cards. I told them that I would not use them because I could not read anything on the cards and I wanted the full refund and the possibility to send the card back. They offered me the option for the full refund either with points or to refund my credit card. The last option was my choice and as soon as i confirmed this method on their website the system provided me with the points! Which are useless for me as I will never buy again there. The after sale service told me that the system error is not their responsibility therefore they cannot help and I have to keep the points as a refund method!
