Josh really knows his stuff when it comes to armchairs. I was looking at a £390 chair, but he explained it wouldn’t provide the support I need for my mobility issues. Instead, he showed me a lifting rise recliner with headrest at £690, which was a much better option. What impressed me most was that Josh clearly cared more about my comfort and needs than just making a quick sale he’d rather I left with nothing than the wrong chair. His knowledge and honesty gave me confidence to go with his recommendation.
We went to the Stretford branch to look at a specific sofa we had seen on line. On arrival Manik was very helpful from the minute we walked through the door. Showed us where the sofa was and also showed us a few similar ones. Manik sorted everything out for us to get a speedy delivery. He was also on hand a few days later on his day off and still managed to sort a query out for us. Good company and sofa is perfect
My appliance arrived damaged, but this was clearly an issue with the delivery service and not the company itself-they even sent me a video showing it was perfectly packed. Despite this, the team was incredibly prompt and professional in compensating me. Emily, in particular, provided excellent customer service-friendly, efficient, and genuinely helpful. Things don’t always go perfectly, but it’s clear that the people here are ready to step up and make it right, which I really appreciate. Five stars for their outstanding service and dedication!

We are not a typical furniture store. In fact, we do virtually everything differently. We receive and process clearance stock from traditional retailers. Retailers send us clearance stock for many reasons. We receive photography samples, end-of-line stock, cancelled orders, customer returns and ex-display pieces. This stock is sorted, quality checked, photographed and uploaded to our website.

This began by being the first furniture outlet to host a website which showed their live stock and was available to be ordered immediately by customers.
