We bought a new bed from Joseph James, the second time we have shopped here and they once again provided excellent service. The salespeople, Sarah and James, we're helpful, friendly and we are incredibly pleased with our purchase. Would highly recommend shopping here. The prices are fantastic and with free delivery and assembly it takes much of the pressure off. The products are also top quality.
I would strongly advise against ordering from this company.I requested a refund and have still not received it. Despite multiple follow ups, communication has been extremely poor, with no update or resolution provided.It is completely unacceptable that customers are left chasing for their own money . This has been a frustrating and caused me a great deal of anxiety. Adding to not receiving my refund, I’ve also not received a reply from any follow up emails I have sent.I would not trust this company to handle orders or refunds properly.

After a small misunderstanding on our order Rob went above and beyond to secure us the dining chairs we wanted. He kept in touch throughout and the chairs were delivered promptly. A great company to deal with, friendly, helpful and quality products Highly recommend!
Daughter and fella had been a couple of weeks before, we've been looking for a decent sofa bed to fit in a tiny room. After Googlin a few places, seeing a few sofa beds we decided on one that this place had. The service was Great, the Lady we spoke to knew her stuff, didn't feel hassled or pressured into owt, she gave us space to make our final decision. Massive shop, great location for us, loads of choice, really recommend if you looking for a Sofa and the prices are Great. Ours included delivery, some places absolutely screw you for that but not today xxxxxx Thank you Guys for your patience, Fella says we can't get a new sofa til the dog has snuffed it and the kids have all moved out but we will be back xxxxxxxx

We are not a typical furniture store. In fact, we do virtually everything differently. We receive and process clearance stock from traditional retailers. Retailers send us clearance stock for many reasons. We receive photography samples, end-of-line stock, cancelled orders, customer returns and ex-display pieces. This stock is sorted, quality checked, photographed and uploaded to our website.
As our name suggests, we were founded in 2019 by Joseph and James. After leaving school at 18, they launched the company from a dilapidated basement unit in a Stockport mill with just 5 sofas.
The popularity of their discounted branded sofas and rapid delivery model facilitated strong growth. Joseph and James have always sought to do things differently from the incumbent outlets. This began by being the first furniture outlet to host a website which showed their live stock and was available to be ordered immediately by customers. Joseph and James don't wish to be just another furniture outlet, they want to be the biggest furniture outlet.
