Review Time
I was in Stockport for work (I’m from the South Coast), I was planning on sofa shopping when I went home but popped in the store to get some ideas, I met Matt, I explained I was from out of town and he explained they deliver everywhere so we went shopping, he was patient and gave me all the information I needed asked a colleague from another store to send photos. Now my 2 new sofas are on order for delivery before Christmas, when I need to replace them I might travel back to Stockport for the fabulous customer service
I'm giving them 1 star only because that's the lowest you can leave, don't trust them especially if you park at st helens they have a scam going saying you can park,but be aware of the payment for payment if you don't tell them you've parked, also the furniture is not as good as advertised think it's store returned stuff.
I ordered my Sofas last week and was extremely happy with the service and expedited delivery timescales. Had my sofas delivered today by Keith and the lads and it was nothing short of exceptional. They were extremely professional and tackled a difficult removal of old sofas with such professionalism and with a smile on their faces. Nothing was too much trouble. The service in store was incredible and this continued throughout the delivery. When we last had new sofas we had to have the window removed Keith and the lads managed to take the old sofas away and deliver the new ones without having to remove the window. We are very happy customers in Stretford 😁

I was shopping with my wife when we come across this very big shop selling sofa's, and beds,..just what we wanted.so we went in and while we were sitting on a settee we met Mathew the salesman..he was so helpful ,we only wanted two seater settees and he checked up to see if they could get me them. We arranged to go back the next day and pay for the settees and the help we got was fantastic.thankyou Mathew for all the help and advise we will return for a bed soon.great shop ..great help..well done
Great choice of sofas at reasonable prices. We didnt want to wait weeks for a sofa and really impressed that our new sofa was delivered within 3 days! Was sent a quality video the night before showing the sofa wrapped ready for delivery. Delivery was great, drivers rang to give us a time slot and they were really friendly. Would recommend!

We are not a typical furniture store. In fact, we do virtually everything differently. We receive and process clearance stock from traditional retailers. Retailers send us clearance stock for many reasons. We receive photography samples, end-of-line stock, cancelled orders, customer returns and ex-display pieces. This stock is sorted, quality checked, photographed and uploaded to our website.
