Journee planned the most incredible trip for me to Albania! Amazing accommodation, life changing excursions, and the guide they sent me was really thorough and helpful tips on restaurants, language learning and sightseeing in my free time. Would highly recommend to anyone! Especially solo travellers!!!
I went on my trip as a solo female traveler. I was a bit hesitant at first but read many reviews prior to booking my trip and felt the consensus was all positive reviews. I have to say it was all that I had hoped. I went on a 7 day trip spent half the time in Munich, Germany and the other half in Salzburg Austria. From the moment of booking, to the reveal and ultimately the trip itself, it was a smooth process. I couldn't have asked for better instructions and details to help me navigate all aspects of my trip. I felt very safe throughout my travels. All of the experiences were spot on and a mixture of amazing sights and immersive cultural experiences. I am happy I made the decision to do this and am looking forward to trying this experience again....if you're on the fence, book the trip.. you only live once!! There is soooo much out there in the world to experience!!
Our second trip with Journee and we were not disappointed!Everything was so well organised, from the moment we got our proposal, to arriving back in the UK - it couldn’t have been easier. We were sent to a place which I wouldn’t have considered myself, but was so glad that Journee did. Everything was spot on. A perfect mix of excursions and time to ourselves. It was so good that we've already got another proposal, and can’t wait for the next adventure!If you’re unsure - go for it. You will not be disappointed!
My mother and I took a chance on Journee and ended up on a lifelong dream of a vacation in Athens. Our entire trip (aside from catching a bit of a cold) was lovely, and lasted 5 days. We had transport provided for every excursion, and the drivers were amazing! Beautiful (and helpful!) accommodations in a boutique hotel in the city center within walking distance to the Acropolis. The only slight hiccup we ran into was almost missing our last leg of our return flight (back to the States), but it was due to a plane issue and no fault of Journee. They were incredibly helpful, and quick to respond to any questions we had. I will absolutely book through them again in the future.Thank you Journee!
My daughter and I wanted to go on holiday but we couldn’t decide where to go because we have different tastes. Last year I did the planning, trying to compromise and none of us really enjoyed. I had gone on a solo trip with Journee a couple of years ago so I suggested using it. It was fantastic. Just filling the questionnaire helped us to found common ground. We loved every minute, the hotel, the activities. Our only regret was not having more time.
I enjoy traveling but don't have time to research and do all of the planning. Journee planned the trip and made all of the arrangements for hotel, travel and activities. I completed their survey and requested a unique destination. They did not disappoint! My trip was to a location I had never heard of and could not have been planned any better. Plus the suspense of going to a unknown location is exciting!
The Most Effortless Adventure Ever!Our Journee trip to Portugal was absolutely amazing — hands down the most effortless and fun trip I’ve ever been on! Every detail was taken care of, and all we had to do was show up and enjoy. From the food and culture to the perfectly curated experiences, everything felt seamless and magical. We were already planning our next Journee trip by day two of our first one! I couldn’t recommend this experience enough — if you love travel but hate planning, this is 100% the way to go.
We were unsure about where to go and what to do about our next holiday - but we had a friend who had used Journee a few years ago and Facebook adverts reminded us that we said we’d give it a go “sometime”. We are so glad we did - everything from completing the initial questionnaire, agreeing the proposal, receiving the clues and then the actual adventure were obviously meticulously planned. It was super exciting trying to guess our final destination, which was a perfect choice for us. The accommodation was well chosen and the excursions offered us the opportunity to try out new experiences - we won’t say too much so as not to spoil the surprise for others! Communication was excellent - we were given a detailed itinerary with contact numbers and a guidebook full of helpful hints and tips - from restaurant recommendations, sites to visit and useful words and phrases. Giving control over to Journee was a gamble - but it was also liberating - all we had to do was turn up and have masses of fun - which we did! We were so impressed that, although we have only been back a few days, we are about to book another adventure!
