Would be great if you would ask for a phone number during the order process because it made the delivery such an unpleasant experience. The delivery guy could not reach us, and I had to wait in line at the Post Office.But the bag is beautiful!!!
I bought a Lund Pro Black from the Kapten & Son online store. After 1.5 years, my chest buckle is broken. I went to the store in Berlin and ask for some support. They told me that since the chest buckle is fixed, they can provide a new backpack for me. However, when I told them that I bought the product from the online store, they responded to me that if that's the case, they can not help me at all. Afterwards, I contacted online support and they send me a new chest buckle. I think sending a spare part which can not be changed by the end user is ridiculous. They suggested me to find a tailor. I was not expecting store and online store to handle customer complaints in such a way. The brands with the similar price point is offering lifetime warranty and Kapten & Son is offering me a tailor. I won't be shopping from the brand again unfortunately.
The package was delivered and it made me so so happy as it is exactly as described on the website. The packaging and attention to detail did not disappoint at all. I am glad I invested in purchasing it as it is indeed value for money. I am a happy and new dedicated customer to other products soon ;-).
My order arrived quickly - less than a week! The brand provided excellent communication throughout the order and delivery process, keeping me updated every step of the way. I'm really impressed with the packaging, the dust bag, and the bag itself. The Skara Small is exactly what I was looking for, and I can't wait to take it out! Overall, a fantastic purchase - I'll definitely be ordering more soon! :)
Mega slow delivery. Ordered item last week and it still hasn’t been collected from their warehouse by DHL.They appear to be based in Germany, I’d use a UK based firm if you want to receive your item promptly.Also very slow on web chat (they don’t have a telephone number). So if you have problems it takes them 2-4 days to get back to you. When my item arrives it is going back as I wouldn’t have received it in time for my travels.All very disappointing.
