This is how ALL deliveries should be done … 😁5 STARS from the very beginning, a very simple, no fuss process to book (via an online diary) along with regular updates along the way. A txt message from the driver when they were 20 minutes away to slow time to prepare access to your property.
First delivery of sofa had a large part of it missing....they were also about an hour early and didnt notify me or keep me updated so that i could be with my elderly parents when it was delivered..the delivery guy also guaranteed that the missing part would only take a maximum of 2 days as lorry was up almost every other day which i found out later that was wrong information as it only delivers to scotland once a week !!! They very quickly set up sofa but did not secure the back of the material to the sofa....eventually my parents received the missing part yesterday...as you can imagine this has been an inconvenience to my elderly parents and feel there are improvements to be made going forward in your delivery process
It all worked well in the end but I was given a date/time (next day) which was not that convenient. There are no options to select a date/time on their portal and if you decline you are told it may take 10 days to reschedule which is not helpful. We got there in the end but it was frustating.
