Review Time
My order was for a very heavy desk. The delivery driver texted me to let me know he was a short distance away and as I am disabled he managed to bring the desk into my bungalow and kindly helped unwrap it. Gareth could not have been more helpful and I would be proud to employ him.
2 men came to deliver our Costco sofa. Both seemed very slow with knowing what to do . They pushed the sofa against the wall and then attempted to go behind it brushing our newly painted walls with their clothing and outerwear . We have a very big spacious room. They had ample space to work around . Why did they work in a tight corner to assemble. It could have been assembled in the middle and pushed back . The WORST PART was, he asked to use the toilet ! We couldn’t say no as didn’t want any accidents on our newly laid carpet and brand new home . He LEFT WEE STAINS ALL OVER THE TOILET SEAT AND BEHIND . DISGUSTING !.
The delivery was over an hour outside the delivery time but to be fair the driver apologised and explained what had happened as soon as he arrived. Road closures and delays on his route - totally not his fault. Ben Jackson the delivery driver after a very long shift was still smiling upbeat and very helpful with the delivery. Got a text to tell me when the delivery was around 20 mins away which was very helpful.
Ordered my tv, it was delivered within 2 days, had regular updates on delivery, and was delivered well within the time frame giving, the driver Chris was very nice and polite, and even got a pic of our dog, who photo bomed his picture of the tv 🤣. Brilliant service, with brilliant driver. Thank you Costco and Chris.
