I always find that kinetic logistics provide a good service. Gareth delivered quite a big item to us. He kept me updated by text about timings and was polite and friendly when he arrived. He took the large package to my garage and even helped to put it inside safely. Great service
Following a missed delivery, a Director of the company contacted me direct to explain why the problem had arisen and to offer a sincere apology. We have had a couple of further exchanges, through which I am convinced that steps have been taken to prevent any reoccurance - so am very happy to change my review rating.
The delivery service was everything we hoped it would be. We purchased a sofa from Costco online and communication from Kinectlogistics was excellent. We were kept informed of the delivery dates and times, by text and by email. The delivery men unpacked the couch, built it up and took all the cardboard away. They were also friendly and courteous.Very happy to leave a five star review.I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.
