Review Time
This should have been a 5 stars exemplary review......I did a lot of research before deciding to order here. I am not local to the company. 1 relative was concerned about the order being online and paying outright online for something that I hadn't seen in real life. Another relative wanted me to order something local for a third of the price, but a lesser quality. Delivery was very quick, within 16 days, given it was bank holiday when I ordered. The delivery man was exceptional. The table and chairs etc are delightful, look stunning, and I love them. The whole process was all very easy. Except for I didn't actually receive what I ordered. I had ordered an oval table and received a rectangular table. The thought of the hassle of all the emails/ calls to the company, taking it down, waiting in a day to swap it, putting the new one up etc etc.....It just wasn't worth it in the circumstances. I accepted the table with no comment. I have learnt my lesson and in the future I will check any online orders personally on the phone before committing to anything. Generally, I'd expect virtually anyone to be happy with the furniture, especially given the excellent after care instructions provided on the website.
Lovely garden set and everything from order to delivery was perfectNick and Owen arrived promptly this morning, lovely, helpful chaps- they set the furniture up with no problems, advised about aftercare and took their packaging. Brilliant service, thanks Nick and Owen!
I ordered a garden table from Kingsley Smythe and although the first one arrived with a cracked slat, the issue was handled efficiently. Excellent delivery serivce from Nick and Owen who delivered the replacement, took it straight to where it needed to go in the garden, assembled it on site at no extra cost, and made sure everything was in good condition. They also removed the damaged table and all the packaging. Very helpful and friendly throughout! The furniture looks beautiful and seems to be very well made.

Excellent delivery service from Carl and Simon. Sanded out minor blemishes. Nothing too much trouble. Had a text the day before and phone call on morning of delivery. From start to finish; seamless communication and service. The rep. at the Garden Show helped us choose a Martinne six chair setup with a Sunburst drum table. The sales team helped with delivery updates and an easy transaction. Lastly, the delivery team delivered and assembled our purchase efficiently and quickly. Providing care pointers with a friendly smile. Will definitely recommend.
As soon as we saw the table on display at Firle Show recently in April we knew that was the one for us! Beautifully crafted Teak Table, round, with ever decreasing circles, and beautifully crafted bench seats. But the ‘kicker’ was the show deal price which included a fine quality cantilever brolly with granite stand, and lit, too! Plus a built in lazy susan in the centre of the round table!! Perfect!! We signed up and a few days ago Dawid and Max arrived with it all and installed the whole thing on our patio, they were great and fully explained the brolly operation and detailed information regarding care of the lovely Teak!! It really looks magnificent. Lucy was lovely on the phone too when I ordered a cover for it all now the brief hot weather has disappeared! Thanks to John at the show too!! Oh, and a mention for Carl too!!
