Carl and tony who made delivery trip 3 amazing. The service getting to this point was poor at best. Delivering a broken over sized table to start, without telling me. Then calling that an upgrade due to stock issues which is then downgraded for the replacement.Confused doesn't cover it.
Absolutely brilliant service from Kingsley the product is fantastic quality and I’m really pleased considering the deal I got. Delivery was fantastic constant updates and friendly team big thank you to Max and David credit to the company
The whole experience was faultless from the purchasing, delivery & assembly. Max & Dawid contacted us 15 minutes before arrival as requested.They were very friendly, efficient & helpful with lots of information about the care & maintenance of our lovely table & chairs.
Kingsley Smythe delivery by Carl and Tony today was perfect. Many times we don't give reviews but today we felt the need to do so because they were just faultless. All aftercare on the table was explained and extra things needed to do after a few months and into next year.Was a pleasure.
Well what can i say, Carl and Tony were just the best delivery team. They not only delivered to the garden for us they gave us excellent advice on aftercare of our new furniture and advice on leaving the table out fully for 3 months as not the stain the colours. Its not very often i would give 100% but the Delivery Team were just perfect, it was a pleasure. Thanks for all the help.David
Carl and Tony were very good at navigating the difficult access to my garden with no moaning and quick thinking. The table was put together and all instructions explained really clearly and they were in and out in about 20 minutes. Excellent service and the table and chairs itself is fantastic. I had no idea that the parasol light was like a backyard disco- that’s terribly exciting.
Furniture delivered this afternoon by Carl and Tony to our home in Bedfordshire and we could not be more pleased. The furniture is beautiful and the delivery was faultless. Carl and Tony went out of their way to ensure the our neighbours were not inconvenienced (narrow lane!!), were quick and efficient. The advice on care was comprehensive and followed up as promised via text, exemplary service; the team are a credit to Kingsley Smythe - thank you!!
