Is there anyway we can put 0 stars? I have been scammed big time. Tried to order one pair of glasses but the process kept wanting to upsell other items and I couldn't get past them to the check-out. Got frustrated, left the site and went back on to try delete items from check-out but couldn't get there without clicking one of the upsell items. So decided to select so that I can get to the check-out box to cancel but it didn't take me there, it just charged me for everything that ended up in the box whilst trying to get there to view. I emailed immediately to ask them to cancel the order as I do not want the items, which had eventually accumulated to about £160 somehow. I received an email back saying that the order cannot be cancelled as the process has started and I must wait for the order ans return and they will refund! Sure! But how could the "process" have started...literally 5 min after the order? It wouldn't have even moved off a shelf. Wish there was a way to put them out of business.
Bloody liers and scammers hiding behind the name. Just my order arrived today which cost me £30 for glasses worth £1,50 in pounfland, with lable on it +3 when l'm using for riding +2,25.Than varifocal autocorrecting.Now they expect me to pay for postage and customs 🙄
Shipped wrong product and no documentation in product for contact. I had to go to credit card then find name. I have zero confidence they will respond to an email and I will likely have to get credit card to help me. All reviews for Kirobrands are awful. This will be a $106 lesson not to buy from them.

As others have said, with the different pop up offers I thought I had ordered 2 and had over £100 taken from my account. I was sent 5 pairs and they are definitely not self adjusting. Dreadful experience. I ordered a pair of glasses from this company. It was supposed to be new technology that automatically adjusts your distance vision and then close vision with the same glasses. No need to change to another pair. Feel as though I've been scammed. With distance vision I couldn't even see through the glasses. It was so blurry, I could've been in thick fog. That was what I really needed them for. Long distance. My short vision is excellent anyway. And looking through them to read, was just the same clarity. I feel as though I've just thrown nearly £30 down the drain. They didn't even come in some kind of case. Just a piece of bubble wrap around them. They felt very flimsy and cheap.
I saw it on Facebook the ad looked interesting and I decided to purchase 1 pair at the lowest price of £18.99. I received a bill for £159.45 which included express delivery which took 5 working days to arrive. No itemisation. I contacted them by email to tell them their order was wrong and all I wanted was 1 pair of glasses at the lowest price. They said the order had already been processed and was out for delivery and they would sort out return when I received the goods.I've contacted my credit card company and they have issued a new card and i'm trying to get payment stopped. It appears to be a big scam and Ill report it to facebook . This is my first and last purchase via them!
