Do not use this company.I purchased some glasses from Kirobrands and what I received were some cheap plastic glasses that were all marked as +3.I contacted the company and they said that if I returned the glasses in the original packaging that they would refund me the costs.I returned the glasses at a cost of £25 and have tracked the parcel, which has been received by the company. I sent them an email reflecting the proof that they have received the glasses and they now want me to send them further customs tracking information, which they have received twice from me.They are a scamming company and nobody should ever click on their false and misleading adverts as they will fraudulently steal from you.
This is a scam website in my opinionFirstly they rig the website to take 2 payments from you instead of one.2ndly when you advise they will not refund and tell you they have already processed your item. They go on to say once you have received the item you did not want they will give you instructions to return them.Yeah right. How bad is that. I ordered on Sunday and had let them know immediately on reviewing the order information that was incorrect. Then Monday morning they tell me Hi ,Thank you for reaching out.Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel or modify your order at this stage because it has already been processed and entered our fulfillment system. Our automated system ensures orders are prepared for shipment very quickly after they are placed to ensure prompt delivery.Once you receive your order, please contact us, and we will gladly assist you with the return process for a refund.Thank you for your understanding.
Ordered air purifiers and instead got utra sonic insect things, they want me to pay to send it back to china...I've been through this before, the company never picked it up and it got sent back to me...and I never got my money back... stay away from this company. RIP OFF
I have been trying to get a refund from middle of july,i was promised 40% refund without returning goods please dont order from this company there service is terrible and they keep your money all you here from them is refund is processing
Ordered 3 dog collars-received 3 “Just for Better Space” plug-ins. After 2 months of back and forth with them, I am still out $83.45 and they refuse to help in any way other than to offer a “discount” on the items I did not order and do not even want. MAJOR RIP-OFF. Avoid this company!
I Wish I had read the reviews before purchasing glasses. I ordered one pair and got 3 more. Quickly took 2 prices from my account totalling £95.97. I've experienced everything the other people have mentioned in these reviews. Think I have to just cut my losses rather than incur further losses; because apparently no one has got their money back. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY
