Firstly, wrong size shirt turns up. Not even close. Ok mistakes happen.Have to contact them to get a free return option. Took longer than the SLA to respond. Fine. Things happen. No shirts left in stock, so taking advantage of the discount code I was given was ultimately a waste of time.Sends me free returns code. Code doesn't work. Messes me around trying to get same invalid code working. Nothing. Now I have to wait a week to get a new code.Meanwhile I have wrong size shirt and out of pocket and there's no care whatsoever about it either. No options given, just wait. Joke
Further to the review below I’ve been contacted quickly by the customer support team and they have helped me get the issue resolved. Thanks for acknowledging my condo quickly after my review Ordered twice in the last month and both shirts ordered have had to be sent back for problems with the printing. And to compound things their customer service team are hopeless. After telling them about a shirt that was printed incorrectly, they sent me code to return it free of charge. When I tried to use this it wasn’t valid. So back on the phone to them to explain, to be told the code issue will be escalated and I’ll have to wait up to 48 hours for a new code to be sent. Seriously, save yourself time and effort by using another company
I ordered a collectable signed item that ships from USA (I think via fanatics). Unfortunately it arrived damaged. Being in the UK I thought this was going to be a tricky and slow return. Re-order then return and wait for refund. However within about 30 minutes of a inquiring on the best way to do this I had received clear instruction on how the company would arrange a replacement. Not only did they check remaining stock was undamaged, the replacement was ready to ship within 24 hours.The customer service agent followed up to let me know this was happening just like they said they would.I don't know how you can get better than that. Perfect.
This is terrible. I ordered a jersey for my very first Premier League match, but the delivery was delayed, and I won’t receive it by game day. I had to cancel my order, and on top of that, the refund isn’t even being processed immediately, so I don’t even have money to buy a jersey at the stadium. Wearing my team’s jersey and taking a photo has been a dream of mine, and since I’m coming all the way from Korea, this could be a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity. You’ve ruined my chance. And you think giving me a 10% coupon and a simple “sorry” will make everything okay?
It’s a scam. I ordered a Manchester United baby shirt for my husband as a Father’s Day gift, with his favorite player’s name (B. Fernandes) on it, which you could order directly from their website. But they sent me an email saying that the print didn’t fit on the shirt, and then they stopped replying to my emails. They still sent the product without the name.
Placed an order 2 weeks a go and it still hasn't despatched. It is now.past the promised delivery date as well. I received no response from the customer service team either to my email. Shocking service and won't be buying from there again.
Item 1 was filthy straight out of the bagItem 2 was not the item that I ordered, item 1 has the Sunderland badge with the ship on it and the second was to have the Sunderland full crest badge on it. It turned up with Haway the lads blazed across the front.
I’ve made 2 orders with kitbag, both took approximately 2 weeks. In one of the orders, I received a kit with the wrong patches. I had ordered a Liverpool away kit with a Premier League champions patch and a no room for racism patch, and ended up with a kids premier league patch and no no room for racism patch. In the end I opted for a refund for just the patches since I don’t wanna go through the trouble of returning my shirt and waiting for weeks for a new one.
Ordered a football strip for my son for his birthday. I paid for delivery which said by 24th August - £6.95 for express delivery. I later received an email stating it would be delivered on 24th August. I needed it for 24th. I contacted customers services who told me they would expedite this. I later received an email which stated that it was too late to expedite the order but also too late to cancel the order. I reached out on 23rd when it still hadn’t updated and my chat was ended. I reached out again on 24th as it still showed no progress. Chat again was closed. Over £100 for a strip. £6.95 for express delivery and days later nothing with zero help
Gave one star because I had to, wasn’t even worth that. Absolutely disgraceful service. Ordered a couple of kits for my kids on next day delivery at a cost of £167. I got a pair of socks 4 days later. Got in touch after a week, was apologised to and refunded the £7 next day delivery fee. Got in touch again after 2 weeks, said there was a delay and the rest of the order would be dispatched with 24hrs. Kits didn’t arrive. Got in touch after 3 weeks and told it had been escalated and I’d receive an email within 24-48hrs. Didn't receive an email or the kits. Tried to get in touch via the online chat service and got ‘no network connection’ as soon as I put in the order number. Took 45 minutes thereafter to cancel the order. Expecting to have to go into battle again with these frauds to get the money back. Absolutely disgusting service. Avoid at all costs!!!
