I love everything about that store. Assortment is great, the choice is almost endless 😝. The quality is top. I grew up the whole.my childhood eating the dry fruit that we made ourselves. I miss it horribly living abroad. That store is really a remedy for me :))) Also quite quick delivery. And they have a good choice for the dry fruit without adding an extra artificial sugar. Not so easy to find it somewhere else. They are of course expencive but here is nothing what the store could do to it... world.wide trend...The only minus - not possible to choose delivery options, since not all the post services do their work properly. However that is rather a problem of the post services and not of the store.
Hey, I love Koro, but it's always a bit underwhelming to receive their packages. I can understand the heavy packaging to protect the jars (which now I try to go to shopp to get them). But why so much packaging to protect bags of nuts? I guess they are not fragile.Just a tip.
I have bought another time, with no issues, but now...It is almost one week that my parcel had to be arrived and did not. DHL had a problem and spontaneously decided to send it back, with no explanation. I have tried to get in touch with someone from Koro's administration, to understand the problematic of DHL and also to ask to try a new delivery. No one answers me and I did not event received a refund ...I don't know what to think about, I hope they will do something soon.
My order could not be delivered and was sent back to koro. I have requested for another order to be dispatched to me. Since then I have not heard back from koro and I have not received a refund.It has been over 30 daysI can only assume this is part of the business strategy to not refund customers.Terrible

The products are lost due to issues with PostNord. Despite reaching out to Customer Service multiple times via email, I haven't received any response regarding a refund for the order I placed a month ago - only asking for 'patience'. The lack of communication has me seriously questioning whether this could be a scam.
