The products are good

The products are good, nature oriented, I like to keep on buying. Just have a little confusion about the 5% discount for the next order since I never found any item to show me that I can get a discount. And when I received the box for Mct oil of which the box showed that I can scan to win a price but I still didn’t succeed in registration while scanning.

Hope logistic gets better in future

Update:The last products arrived 20 days after order date! It was a very hard birth. I hope their logistic gets better. They have fine products, but this is not the first time logistic failed.MY ANSWER:As I have not heard this from customer service about products on the way, can you please help me with a tracking number or ask the Danish customer service to contact me with tracking number? Terrible costumer service for b2b

We are company from Slovenia and we want to order different bulk products. We contacted you at least 10-15 time in the past 1 month, but you are not replying. After one month you finally replied and opened out B2B account, but for some reason some mistake happens when we want to close the order and pay. I've sent 3 mail again to help us finist the order, but no one replies. I don't really understand you way of doing business because it seem like you are not interested in selling us products for more than 500€..

Missing informatio, bad customer service, missing package

I placed an order almost a month ago (2023-07-16) and received a receipt, but realized it was missing some information: the tracking number. The tracking number is necessary for tracking and picking up my parcel, although under "Shipping Status" it states it has shipped. I tried to contact them multiple times to ask about this and later about the slow delivery time. In the course of three weeks I have sent them two "Contact Forms" and an email, but no response. Almost a month has passed now, and I still haven't recivied any response or package. I am really concerned and disappointed, especially because it was a pricey order. Missing information about order, no response from customer service, no package with products and no refund!

Criminals!!!!

Failed delivery, no response to my emails, waiting for a refund but when I read Facebook reviews I doubt I will ever get it! Koro are criminals and fraudsters. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM UNLESS YOU WANT THEM TO STEAL YOUR MONEY AND WASTE YOUR TIME!!!!! 🤬

This is the worst experience ever …

This is the worst experience I've had with my shopping online! The goods won't arrive at home but somewhere else and they'll tell you to go pick them up. Writing to them is useless, complaining is useless!!!! They're thieves, once they get the money they just don't care.

An ein Serviceproblem gebunden der keine Ende nimmt...

Mein Anliegen ist teilweise identisch mit Alexia We Kommentar. Ich habe Anfang April bei KoRo bestellt und daraufhin mehrere DHL-Tracking-Nummern (5) erhalten. Kurz darauf erhielt ich eine Benachrichtigung von DHL, dass meine Bestellung unzustellbar sei, da die Adresse auf dem Paket falsch sei. Als ich meine Daten überprüfte, war meine Lieferadresse sowohl auf der Rechnung als auch in meinem Koro-Kundenprofil korrekt angegeben. Daraufhin habe ich mich mit dem Kundenservice ausgetauscht und dieselbe Bestellung mit der Hilfe des Koro-Kundenservice erneut ausgelöst. Meine Lieferadresse wurde doppelt geprüft usw., aber das gleiche Problem trat wieder auf. Die DHL-Pakete hatten wieder die falsche Adresse und konnten nicht zugestellt werden. Ich habe daraufhin den gesamten Vorgang abgebrochen und um Stornierung der Bestellung gebeten. Leider zieht sich das Problem immer noch hin. Die Bestellung muss auch im Zahlungssystem von Klarnas storniert werden. KoRo hat es fast geschafft, die Bestellung im System von Klarna zu stornieren. Leider stimmt der Rechnungsbetrag nicht mit dem überein, was KoRo zu Beginn an Klarna geschickt hat. Der erstattete Wert ist geringer als der bei Klarna registrierte. Dem System zufolge schulde ich KoRo noch Geld, das Klarna nun eintreiben will. Meine Tage bei Klarna sind also gezählt und ich schulde KoRo noch Geld für die Bestellung, die ich nie erhalten habe. Ich weiß nicht mehr, was ich tun soll, um endlich aus dieser Blase der Verwirrung herauszukommen. Auch wenn ich mit dem Kundenservice E-Mails austauschen konnte, erreiche ich telefonisch niemanden beim Kundenservice. KoRo nimmt keine Privatkundenanrufe in der Warteschleife entgegen und bricht den Anruf nach einer kurzen Ansage "alle Mitarbeiter sind beschäftigt" ab. So einen schlechten Service habe ich noch nie erlebt. Nichts gegen den freundlichen E-Mail-Austausch, aber das hilft mir nicht, wenn ich in einem solchen Ausmaß an ein Serviceproblem gebunden bin, das ich nicht verursacht habe und das nicht von mir abhängt.In english...My concern is partly identical to Alexia We comment. I ordered from KoRo at the beginning of April and then received several DHL tracking numbers (5). Shortly thereafter I received notification from DHL that my order was undeliverable due to incorrect address on the package. When I checked my data, my delivery address was correctly displayed on the invoice as well as on my Koro customer profile. I then exchanged with customer service and I re-initiated the same order with KoRo's customer service help. My shipping address was double checked etc, but the same problem came up again. The DHL packages again had the wrong address and could not be delivered. I then stopped the whole process and asked for the order to be cancelled. Unfortunately, the problem is still dragging on. The order must also be cancelled in the Klarnas payment system. KoRo almost managed to cancel the order in Klarna's system. Unfortunately, the invoice amount does not match what KoRo sent to Klarna at the beginning. The refunded value is less than what is registered with Klarna. According to the system, I still owe money to KoRo, which Klarna now wants to collect. So my days at Klarna are ticking and I still owe money to KoRo for the order I never received. I don't know what to do anymore to finally get out of this bubble of confusion. Even though I have been able to exchange email messages with customer service, I can't reach anyone by phone at customer service. KoRo does not take private customer calls on hold and cancels the call after a short announcement " all employees are busy". I have never experienced such poor service. Nothing against the friendly email exchange but that does not help me if I am tied in such a scale to a service problem a that I have not caused and that does not depend on me.
