I paid for two items but only received one of my orders (a terrible product quality BTW). Support does not respond. There is no other contact information, email, phone number, or anything! I place an order on Feb 5th, no shipping information still after 10 days. Customer service was contacted several times for an update, but they never answered, nor email informing about the delay. For a food store, it is unbelievable to have more than 10 days (maybe more at this point) to ship goods. especially because they sell short best before-date products.obviously I contacted the right email, but that doesn't take away from the fact that they don't ship in a reasonable time. who wants to shop and receive it after a month?Peccato che questa sia la pagina di Koro drogerie.de e l'email da contattare sia un'altra.
The initial order went smoothly, but I sent back a bottle of soy sauce, which was picked up by Koro 19 days ago (according to UPS), still no confirmation from them that they received it, or any refund, and their customer service don't respond either.**Reply to Koro: the link to the contact form you provided is the one I already used. I'm still waiting for an answer. It's ticket #9174 and I submitted it on 12 February.**I have now contacted my credit card company for a refund on the item and they granted it within 24 hours. I suggest others contact their credit card company for a refund also!
Order no 12439467 ordered in mid november and originally shipped from warehouse on nov 29. Ordered 100€ worth of product in November. Shipped damaged package and KoRo shipping company shipped it back to KoRo on dec 18. Been trying to get response from anyone at KoRo since dec 18. Multiple emails and nothing. Now jan 3rd. Unbelievable lack of service and care. Products ordered less the bio oats which were now out of stock finally arrived January 23.
Second time ordering from KoRo. Really great experience both times, both times the order was over 100 Euros of goods. Goods are high quality and tasty, ordering is straightforward and easy on KoRo’s website, they support a variety of payment methods incl. Paypal, and delivery is super quick (2-3 days) and convenient in Berlin and the suburbs. I also talked to one of their staff in their Schöneberg store some time ago, and she was super friendly, nice, and genuinely helpful.
