Totally unsatisfied with couch and loveseat which were very costly. The couch has 3 sections and one metal rim between the cushions collapsed within a year and the loveseats back cushions did not have enough filling so people were literally leaning way back uncomfortably. Several guests have even mentioned how uncomfortable it is. I had a serviceman come to fix these problems and the back of the loveseat is still too soft and flimsy. I was charged for these repairs and refuse to spend another penny on this crap. I tried these pieces out in the showroom and they were nothing like what I received. I have wished ever since that I had gone to Ashley.
I bought a sofa and love seat in January of 2025 within 6 months the fabric started shedding for lack of a better term. Fuzzy's started to appear on the middle cushion that is used the least. Looks like it’s 10 years old. The love seat has a noticeable bump in the one cushion after about a year. It’s only my wife and me and the furniture isn’t used that much. Very disappointed. I will never buy lazy boy again. The last set I had from a different mfg lasted 10 years.
I spent $9000 on a two-piece recliner, only to find out how poorly made they are after just a week. When I reached out to the company, they dismissed my concerns, leaving me with no options for a return. I do not recommend buying from this seller!
The foam in the cushions has shifted, and now the springs are sagging. After just 2 years, this couch, which cost $3500, is not worth it. My previous couch cost less than $1000 and lasted 7 years before needing replacement. What a disappointment!
I purchased two recliners for a total of $3742. One chair, which was more expensive due to leather, started making loud noises on the first day. The height difference between the two chairs is unacceptable. When I reached out for help, I was told it wasn't their issue. My experience with their warranty service has been frustrating and unhelpful. Avoid this corporate scam; the quality and service are lacking!
The power leather recliners from this company are not a good investment. After 7 years, they need to be replaced. The motor broke after 4 years, and much of the chair is faux leather that peels off. They misrepresent their products, claiming you are buying leather.
I reached out for replacement parts for my sectional sofa, only to be told they no longer carry them. The same part is available online, but they refuse to help cover the cost. They do not honor their lifetime guarantee, which is disappointing. This company's quality and service have declined significantly.
We bought a loveseat that was advertised as high-quality and comfortable, but what we received was far from that. The in-store model was plush and supportive, while the one delivered is firm and uncomfortable. The company relies on fine print to avoid returns, and their suggested fix was inadequate. They have stopped responding to my concerns, leaving me stuck with a defective item. This has been a costly mistake, and I urge others to steer clear of this company.
I purchased a new electric recliner for over $2,000 and I'm not satisfied with it. When I contacted the company, they seemed indifferent to my concerns. I've had manual recliners in the past that were much better. This electric one is uncomfortable, and I won't be buying from them again as I thought the company had a good reputation.
