Review Time
I ordered a dress on the 8th of January, and all was well until the 17th. It is currently the 3rd of March, so nearly 2 months from when I ordered it and it is STILL in the same place it was on the 17th of January. I reached out to LaceMade through the Shop app on the 9th of February to ask about my order and was told, “ i will check this with our carrier, plz kindly wait” I then had to wait a week for an update with the carrier which was simply, “ your package has been delayed, plz kindly wait dear” followed by the chat being disabled. I never received any emails regarding this delay, nor was I told how long this delay was going to be. I then emailed LaceMade on the 27th of February to ask about this dress that was STILL in the same spot, and was told, “ we have updated your order and your package is on the way” I have yet to see any movement from this order. I was very excited to order this dress and had high hopes of wearing it to a friends party in February, however that even has long passed. I find the unprofessionalism in customer service as well as their disappointing wait time to be saddening as I adore this companies designs. I advice anyone thinking of ordering from LaceMade to be cautious.
I ordered a coat from them, saw it was the wrong length and contacted them to cancel the order. I didn’t hear from them until 26 hours later when I got an email saying my order had shipped. It arrived 16 days later with a stain so I reached out to return it. No answer again. The coat itself was pretty but not good material, warm, and not functional as I couldn’t raise my arms to even 90 degrees.
ScamI ordered on January 2 and 1 month of trying to get some info regarding my package i have gotten info my package is delivered after 31,7 days BUT NO PACKAGE AND NOO CUSTEMOR SERVICE!!!I tried mail, contact service on webside, whatsapp and instagram...Money drawn 2/1 but 5/2 no package!
Ordered 3 dresses which arrived a few days before Christmas. Unfortunately one did not fit and had to send it back. They took nearly two weeks to respond to the return request. The dress arrived at their returns facility mid January. To this day, I have not received my refund. I have reached out to them multiple times regarding the return. Nothing. The dresses are cute, I’ll give them that. But if you decide to buy from them you better hope they fit, otherwise you’ll just be out whatever you paid for them.
Despite measurements and consultation from the website, the corset I bought was still too small. Returning the corset cost almost half the price of what I paid for it, and weeks have passed and the company still hasn’t refunded my return. No answer from customer service. Save yourself the trouble and your money and don’t shop here.
This brand means everything to me. I first learned about it thanks to my father, he was looking for a dress for my me for my birthday. I was so happy when he discovered this magical brand, never saw more beautiful clothes. He died though before he could see me wearing them. I know that he loved it, he thought look what a princess my daughter is. And so this brand for me is a reminder of him… of the lovely father i had. To me Lacemade is the gift my father made for me.
Well... sometimes their clothes do not fit to the size chart (2cm smaller, or shorter) they post on their web-site. Some clothes of the same size are OK, some smaller. Pretty much all of them are short and for a small bust. My height is 172, and it is really hard for me...Got one beautiful corset from them thoughAnyway, I decided to stop order from them since I got a winter jacket size L which is TERRIBLY SHORT!! (95/75/95 my measurements, I was true to the size chart), when I put my arms up the jacket barely reached my waist. So I put a 2star rating on their web site with a photo... it was polite, no rude words... and they DELETED it.So, after that I made a conclusion that store is not worth to continue order from. I also saw they deleted someone else 1 or 2 stars review which was polite also.Its like... ewwww
Ordered 400 dollars worth of merchandise on December 25th. It’s is currently going to be March 1st tomorrow and I have not received a shipping notification or coherent response other than to be patient. I would hope for an anticipated timeframe to reassure me my money has not been lost. Such a shame, I had high hopes.
On a rare occasion that dresses do arrive they are beautiful. More often, however, you will be waiting for weeks with no communication. Then when you message to inquire about the shipping status you get ignored for another week or so. After that you'll randomly get "order canceled" notification and will have to message them about the refund. Maybe after another week or two they'll send it to you...
