I’m well impressed. I ordered yesterday but only offered a standard delivery with DPD :( but FREE delivery :). I expected it next week sometime but was delivered this morning Saturday 17th Jan (next day and I ordered after 12pm). What a pleasant surprise, as this is a birthday present for Monday. Thank you Lacoste and DPD for being outstanding against the norm these days :D.
Lacoste customer service is horrible and return policy is so useless. They never take back the goods and there is just 1 fellow who answers all customer service calls and just makes excuses each time ! Horrible service from such a premium brand ! Thoroughly disappointed
Ordered a pair of trainers online, they arrived and were too big so I returned them. The tracking shows as received back to the depot 16th dec.I rang just after Christmas to see if they had been received and was advised due to Christmas wait a few more days. After new year I still hadn’t had any confirmation so I contacted Lacoste and was informed the refund was being processed. I contacted again 5th Jan and the received an email to state my refund had been processed that day and to give 3-5 days. Still no refund on 16th Jan so I called again to be told the refund is showing on there side and it would have to be sent to a special team. I still haven’t heard anything or received a refund. Quick enough to take your money but don’t want to refund when an item is returned
Bought a gift for someone from the Vaughan Mills Outlet that didn’t fit well, so went to return it and find out they do not issue refunds, exchange only. Didn’t see anything else of interest and asked for a store credit and they say it’s only valid for 90 days afterwards it will be worthless! Horrible policy. Will never shop at any locoste store ever again once the credit is done. Buyer Beware!
Not this matters or anything will be done…Since the first week of January, I have been trying to get a refund on an item that was not in the box, left behind bins , outside, not in my safe place. The box had clearly been tampered with. No paperwork inside the box. I was asked to fill out forms and email various forms including id, which I did but they kept saying they had not received Finally I got confirmation of receipt from them and they said they are investigating this with their courier That was 4 weeks agoI received another email today from them, a different representative requested the forms but this time it was mandatory, when they already had them. Just be aware that buying from them online may cause you issues as I have noticed they try to avoid refunds and ignore polite responses from meI’m not going awayBTW I have sent 18 emails to date of which 14 was in the first week when they disputed non receipt of the formsAlso you can’t call themShoddy. This is a top fashion brand.
Extremely disappointing experience for what is meant to be a premium brand.I visited this store regarding a Lacoste jumper that shrank significantly after being washed strictly in accordance with the care instructions. For a £135 garment, shrinking to the point of being unwearable after normal care is completely unacceptable and indicates poor quality and lack of durability. The store manager, Nuria, refused to even inspect the item. Instead, she stated categorically that after six months Lacoste cannot guarantee the condition of its clothing, and that shrinking and deterioration after that point is “not surprising”.That statement alone is astonishing. Customers are effectively being told that Lacoste clothing is only expected to last six months, even when properly cared for. This is not how a premium brand should operate and directly contradicts basic consumer expectations around quality and durability. Normal washing should not cause a garment to shrink and become unwearable. What made this experience worse was the attitude. Dismissive, smirking, laughing, talking down to us, and more focused on refusing a resolution than actually listening or attempting to help. No professionalism, no accountability, and no attempt to retain a loyal customer who regularly purchases from Lacoste. If this is genuinely Lacoste’s position, then customers should be clearly warned at the point of sale. Otherwise, this behaviour is misleading and unacceptable.I strongly urge Lacoste customer services and head office to review this store, the manager’s conduct, and the understanding of consumer law being communicated to customers. This issue can still be resolved properly, but the in-store handling was disgraceful. My advice to others: save your money and shop elsewhere. There are plenty of brands that stand behind their products and respect their customers. If you do visit this store, feel free to mention this experience to Nuria. She will know exactly what this refers to.
Worst experienceSo surprised, i made an order around th 27 th of december , the post delivery service wrote on my app that the parcel was lost around a week after , have contacted Lacoste several times , they answered 2 times out of 7 , and dont answer the questions i ask.Still havent received my order or money back after almost a month. So bad customer service
I bought the Green Women's Long Oversized Down Jacket, a coat advertized as being to "brave the elements". However, the product is completely unsuitable for proper cold winters as the hood flaps are too far apart to close the and zipper keeps opening by itself if you put any scarf, hat or layer on and don't zip up to the top or have a very small head. Jacket only suitable for above 5 degrees, not colder weather. Disapointing for a brand that claims technical expertize, very poorly designed.
