The worst customer service I have ever received from a company. I purchased a zipper hoodie, spent 189.71$, I have the receipt still . I submitted pictures and the receipt that the zipper has broken. Their response: March 15, 2024 11:53 AMunfortunately, we don't have a repair center for our products., and it's been more than 6 months we cannot assist**LACOSTE DOES NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR PRODUCT, I did not purchase this at Walmart!!! I even asked if they could send me a new zipper and she said, "No, have a nice day" I WILL NEVER PURCHASE ONE OF THEIR PRODUCTS AGAIN!!!
Extremely slow with returns and refunds ! Chat online keeps customer hanging on far too long ! Chat ended with we can’t deal with this now we’ll email you with update… still no email In-house customer services needs training from Ralph Lauren, quick and efficient with all communication and refunds in a timely manner.
Do not buy from this company. quality is low and they do not allow returns. Broken zip on a £320 item with no possibility of a return or refund. Head office and all store refused to support my request to resolve. Please save your money and don't buy from this company
Bought their classic polo shirt. It cost an outrageous amount. Thought this must last a very long time and be of good quality. After first gentle medium temperature wash, it looked like a washcloth. It’s so thin it’s literally transparent. This is the greediest company on the planet.
For a company that sells high priced goods the service is poor! Ordered a shoes and a sweater on 2 day delivery service. Got an email 4 days later that my order was shipped. I received only the shoes the sweater was never shipped. After multiple followups I keep getting the run around that the sweater would be shipped out soon still waiting 10 days later no shipment. Lacoste needs to address this communication issue between customer service and warehouse no customer should be running down a company for weeks about orders that were already paid and not to mention orders with express service. Poor internal communication and no one can give you a definitive answer. Service sucks! Do better Lacoste!!
Never have i had such bad customer service.Ordered 2 items from sale, items dispatched via DPD with tracking watched on line until he was 2 stops away. Stood in window so and watched driver slow down and take photo of front door and carry on.Received text/email to say parcel was going to be at local pickup as I wasn’t in??? Went to pick up not there spent several phone calls and emails trying to sort but still nothing.I have all the evidence and will use charge back on my card but thats not the point.Hope someone from Lacoste actually reads these reviews and does something anout it I will not be buying anything else and will use third party sellers from now on
This is a special mention to LACOSTE store in KNIGHTBRIDGE LONDON and customer service assistant named MS FATIMA..who was extremely professional, polite and excellent at her job.She was patient with my queries and my fussiness. She is an asset to the company and as I work in the underground, I would recommend this store to all my colleagues. Thankyou Fatima for the wonderful shopping experience.
Bought 2 polo t-shirts from a boutique store and the quality is terrible. After one wash, the thread is hanging all around the bottom of the t-shirt on the inside.When I complained to Lacoste about the quality, they apologised and said to take it back to the store and they will gladly exchange it.What a response!! Take a 150 mile round trip, pay for fuel and parking and I get a new one!These polo shirts are worse than anything I've bought at an outlet store. If this is the quality of their £95 product, I will never buy another one again.
