Bring the shoes to the Lacoste store 12 of June for refund. They told me that they can't make a refund in store and they will need shiped the shoes to the warehouse. 20 of June the shoes was at their warehouse and I call them to confirm this. Already passed 2 weeks. They even not start initiate a refund to my card. Didn't get from them any emails. Lacoste, how long I should wait to get my money back? Worst experience ever. Fully dissapointed. Will never buy again. Refund my money asap.
I talked to a customer service agent, explained that I received my product(handbag) without tag attached to it so I wanted to return it. she said over and over again, that it can be accepted and there won't be any refund because it doesn't have tag. it's the reason why I wanted to return it in the first place! because I'm not sure if it's brand new or showcase item since it doesn't have the tag.so no help whatsoever!
Polo shirts are a discrase. I wear lacoste polo maybe for 20 years. So i bought 4 new polo a month ago and all polo loose there shape or have shrunken so much that i cant wear them. A waste of over 400 euro. Will never buy this brand ever again. Overpriced chaap product.
I wanted to send a birthday package for my nephew's birthday l, on May the 11th. Your service is a disaster.First of all the transaction was accepted by my bank and not taken from your on line shop, and all without sending me any mail in order to advise me.After the birthday I've reiterated the buying, transaction finally went OK, you told me that the gift would have been given May the 31st, but it didn't happen. I bought a navy polo yesterday and tried to return it today. I was shocked and upset when staff told me that they do not refund purchases. I was not informed yesterday when I made the purchase and truly think I deserve a full refund due to the lack of information given to me upon purchase. Do better.
I purchased a polo shirt on 26.11.23, and have worn it precisely twice. The stitching came away from the hem after just one wash. I emailed Lacoste, and sent a picture, and they replied with ‘Our quality team has checked the visuals and informs us that the problem encountered with your item is not covered by our guarantee conditions.’I am in shock how a £100 t shirt isn’t expected to last more than one wash.
I have been meaning to write a review about Lacoste for some time. I have been lucky enough to holiday in Orlando every 3-5 years a month or 5 weeks at a time. We always buy a couple of their T -shirts - As you all know the T-shirts are very expensive, I always tell my wife I will never buy one of theirs again. WHY they are expensive rubbish after a couple of washes, they start losing their colour, the collars go out of shape, in fact they are expensive tat - rubbish. No not waste your money
