Lacoste sort your Customer Services out I purchased some gds before Christmas DPD left outside my home they wasn’t there when I got home I’ve sent proof of the note saying(don’t leave outside my property it’s not safe) but they sent non receipt disclaimer which I filled in but they decided in there wisdom that parcel was delivered successfully so not only did I lose the money but I didn’t receive parcel either
Last December I was supposed to send a return item, But they provide me the wrong label and it went somewhere else, I lost my money.I had contact them, I explain and show them the email I received for return but I luck, they said that they didn't sent that label. I'm so disappointed I was a very frequent client and this is my first time with issues. Customer service needs more training so they can help more clients. They never try to reach more help on my situation and because of bad communication (email) I lost item and money.
"I returned a polo shirt unworn, brand new, with the TAG ATTACHED. Lacoste refused the refund claiming it was 'used'.They emailed saying there is a 'loose stitch' which cannot be my faulte as i never worn it(therefore is a manufacturing defect!) and 'perfume smell' (impossible, never worn).They are keeping my money even when i sent the picture of the tshirt, brand new with the tag attached. I have reported this to the European Consumer Centre. DO NOT BUY HERE. Order #51306607."
The level of customer service is just disgusting. Every time you call the automated system tells you your wait time is 1 minute, lets you hold for 8 minutes and then automatically cuts you off. They use the very poor delivery company DPD and then take zero responsibility when the courier fails to deliver your order. When you do manage to reach a Lacoste employee they’re clearly completely disinterested in your issue.
Lacoste should be ashamed of their laughable and awful customer service. It is so poor that this alone may prevent them from ever becoming a real competitor in the higher end ( or lower end ) clothing market. Their cs representatives could not care less about really helping their “customers.” Compared to the fabulous customer service that a person receives at Ralph Lauren , Lacoste is far behind and low class.
worst customer service in the world- company do not know how to respond to emails. My case was raised to a manager and still no response. Had to call in just to have Ellie on other end stutter and say the they can not raise a claim as 10 days have gone by since I sent the item back even though I sent item back one day after receiving it. I order a pair of shoes for my wife. After 2 days the order still shows as "processing". I call customer service to find out more. The agent informed me that the order might be dispatched today and will receive it tomorrow (Saturday) or Monday onwards. I do not believe them as on their delivery notes it states 3-5 working days. I request to cancel the order and the agent replied I AM NOT ALLOWED to cancel!When I protested saying the obvious that they hadn't even dispatched the shoes yet, how can it be possible for me not to be able to cancel, her reply was "it is in our terms & conditions" on our website.Dear Lacoste, I used to be a dedicated customer. Not any more. You see, there is this thing called integrity & ethos when doing business, you seem like you have lost both.To be fair, while writing this review and in the meantime, I received an email saying: "We are sorry, but your order n°48929^^^ is no longer in our hands. As we want to prepare it as quickly as possible, we only have 30 minutes to change it. After 30 minutes, all the information is permanently saved and sent to our logistics center in Bradford. But not to worry! I have 2 solutions to get you a refund using the payment method you used :1. Refuse the order on delivery. It will be returned to us by the carrier. 2. Return the parcel once it has been received. You just have to fill in a return form by clicking here or by clicking on the button ""register my return"" which appears on the shipping e-mail.What are the conditions for returning an item? Items must be labelled, unwashed, unworn and in their original packaging.OPTION: We can also request a return to sender for you, to prevent delivery."
My experience was terrible! I will never shop here again. I ordered sneakers and after trying them on, they didn’t fit me well. I sent the return and put two pairs in one box. They only refunded me for one pair and did not say anything about the second pair. I did not expect such theft and poor customer service. Very disappointed!
