10 days after I placed my order, I got a vague email saying my choice is no longer available and I should instruct them on what to do. There was no information on what specifically was unavailable (I ordered multiple things, could I order a different size? color? width?). I had 4 or 5 back and forth emails asking for more information over several days (they seemed unable to respond to more than 1 email per day). In the end, I just decided to cancel the order. One of the worse online shopping customer service experiences I've ever had. What a joke.
