Poor quality and abysmal customer service

My coffee able took forever to get here. The quality was okay, but probably not what you'd expect for the price. The real problem was that they sent me the wrong table and wouldn't do anything about it! They wouldn't even refund the difference in price.

One of the worst ever retailer. Sent me a damaged item and offered 20% refund when I rejected to wait for 2 months for replacement of broken parts rendering furniture item completely useless.Waiting for PayPal to resolve our dispute...Avoid at any cost!

Do NOT use this company. They are awful and if you cancel an order you have to pay 10% handling fee. I’ve disputed this and still no joy. Just don’t bother!

This company is rip off , I got dusty misty furniture with cracks nad chips and no response from them at all.Returning costs seems to be a lot. My mistake I didn't read any reviews before hand .Don't buy anything from them.

FIVE Months, NOT Five Stars

So this review is being written over the span of FIVE months. This hectic story begins back in January when I initially placed an order for a desk from this site. As months pass, still no desk received, but I believed that I would still get it because I was aware that it was being sent from overseas and I had been led on by the tracking information which WAS updating ever so slightly after periods of time, but eventually became stagnant where the delivery status progress bar was almost at the end but never fully hit it. I decided to check the FedEx tracking number that was provided and I was shocked to see that it showed that only the shipping label was created and it had never even been shipped out yet. So FOUR months later from the initial order comes May, I finally decide to send them an email making a complaint about the missing desk and demanding a full refund after reading the reviews which my biggest regret of this whole thing is not reading these reviews beforehand. They kept ignoring my demand with a repetitive, automated, robotic response and ended up at most giving me a 10% refund and replacement for the desk. This was my last straw and a tiny part of me still had hope that maybe I would actually receive the desk this time. Well, today I did. HOWEVER, just like all the reviews said, I should’ve not had any expectations for the quality of the product. To begin, the legs and board of the desk are much thinner than in the pictures. The legs aren’t even placed on the side ends like in the pictures. The board is made of cheap, fake wood unlike in the pictures. The circular hole in the board for cable management is not even on the left side but on the right side unlike in the pictures, and overall, the messy, insecure, and poor packaging with styrofoam crumbs everywhere made it an inconvenience and hassle to clean up and also allowed for the parts to scratch against each other since there was no styrofoam (not that their styrofoam would’ve helped anyway, if anything it would have only made more of a mess) between the board and the legs. I really wish I read and listened to these reviews before placing this order because not a single negative review here is lying. I am utterly disappointed and have given up on trying to bribe them for a full refund, so the most I can do is leave this 100% honest and genuine review and hopefully it will prevent others from falling victim to this scummy business too.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. I bought a Wood Sideboard with Stone Countertop and Glass Doors - it arrived months later damaged and missing the stone countertop, lights and assembly instructions. Despite providing the relevant pictures, Lakiq refused to offer any refund arguing that I didn’t have pictures of the packaging which I had discarded by the time they asked for these pictures! I am now out of pocket and without a sideboard - the damaged pieces of poor-quality wood they sent are only fit for the bin.

I wish I had checked the online reviews before ordering from this company. The item received was not as advertised, being so grossly misconstrued to the point I cannot help but call it a scam. They ship from overseas and their return policy only covers items that are returned to them at your own cost, which tends to be as much as the item cost.

Hi everyone, please be careful about this company:LAKIQThey are scammers and mislead customers!I purchased a top-quality chair from their website, which was advertised with a massage feature and a waterfall seat for £178.66. However, I received a damaged computer chair worth only £40. The delivery time was supposed to be up to 4 weeks, but I ended up waiting 8 weeks for the item. The company refuses to take responsibility and will not provide a full refund for this incorrect sale!If you want to protect your money, stay away from this company. I am attaching photos showing how the box looked when it arrived, what I ordered, what I actually received, and the damaged part as well.PLEASE AVOID THIS SCAM!
