We bought the White Timber 5-shelf corner cabinet. We were so disappointed by our purchase. The product is shipped from china and is a poor quality replica of what is photographed on the website - it feels like something you would buy from Temu. It was so cheaply made and the book shelf felt unsafe - we took it to the dump the next day as it was a wobbling, precarious ticking time bomb. We are not fussy and hardly ever leave reviews but we were really cross about this and it was a complete waste of time and money. There were no instructions in the pack and the screws were cheap and nasty - I even had to drill a hole in one of the components myself as there was nowhere to insert the screws. Bizarre experience and would never buy from again.
I ordered a Reading Table for my Daughter and paid 120 pounds. Since 11 February, was promised 3 weeks waiting time 4 delivery. And as of now, nothing has arrived. MASSIVE SCAMERS WHO HID BEHIND a Chat Line, so you can not speak to a Human. If ONLY I HAD READ THE REVIEWS. Not even sure where and how to start on getting my money back. I even paid INSURANCE if the Table gets lost.
We bought a curved dark timber desk which (1) took 3 months to arrive and (2) arrived damaged. Despite providing the relevant pictures, Lakiq didn’t offer any solution arguing that we didn’t have pictures of the packaging which we had discarded by the time they asked for these pictures.
1 star only because 0 stars is not possible.Their goods are faulty. An office chair bought for $700 AUD broke in 2 months. They deceived me into thinking they would send out replacement parts but after months of emailing back and forth they only offer you discounts on further purchases from their store. STAY AWAY! This company should be avoided at all costs.
Absolutely do not buy from this website. We order a display, SKU: 2202279640- order arrived more than 1 month later than expected, 90 days from placing the order- vendor did not provide a valid tracking number until 1 day before the delivery, when we were finally informed the courier was Fedex and not DHL as stated all the time- order arrived poorly packaged and several parts were damaged in multiple points- there is no list of parts, there seem to be several parts missing according to the "manual" provided by customer service- the sticker on some of the parts show those parts belong to a different piece of forniture - there is no step-by-step instruction for assembling, the so called "manual" provided by customer services only show generic use of screws and hinges, but nothing to actually assemble this specific piece of furniture. So after 90 days, a lot of wasted time and effort we have requested a full refund. Absolutely do not waste time and money buying from this website.
Table Top Didn't arrive after 5 months of waiting. Got the bottom of table which I thought was whole table which was damaged. Then I found out the table top was coming separately and they asked me to wait another 2 weeks, which I did, still no table. Contacted the again and they said table had been sent back to warehouse and it hade been damaged and it would be resent in 4 to 6 weeksI did not want to pay for a damaged table top so I refused but they havnt got back to me. I feel like I can't do anything to get my money back Don't get anything from this firm they are immoral and don't care because they think eventually they will wear you down!
I’m sharing this to caution others against making the same mistake I did. Recently, I purchased an office desk set totaling $1,800 from this overseas company, which appeared legitimate and showcased beautiful products on their website. Unfortunately, the reality was very different.The items were delivered in three separate shipments, all containing the same order. Upon unboxing, it became immediately clear that the quality was extremely poor—nowhere near what was advertised online and also, two parts were damaged. When I lodged a complaint, the company responded quickly and initially agreed to accept the damage of the product. However, identifying the specific damaged parts proved nearly impossible, as there was no instruction manual or any guidance provided. After repeatedly requesting a manual, they eventually sent one—but it lacked essential information such as part numbers or box references, making it completely unhelpful.I requested a refund and asked the company to collect their products, explaining that without proper documentation, I was unable to verify or assemble the items correctly. As of now, I am still in dispute with the company, seeking either the correct replacement parts or a refund.Due to the severity of this experience, I am considering filing a formal complaint with Australian authorities, as I believe this may be part of a broader scam.I strongly urge others NOT to purchase from this company or similar websites, particularly those based in or shipping from China without verified customer support or quality guarantees. 1 star is to much to rate this company. I received a poorly made chair that cost $600.00 it weighed less than 30 pounds look like it was meant to be made for a small pet or child. I have pictures and they refused to take it back. They stated, it wasn't damaged they refused refund and allowing a return.
