Fraud, fraud, fraud. Don't buy anything from this company.I ordered a computer desk a month ago. They came back couple of days later that they don't have the product asked me choose another one.So, I chose another one, they said that's also not available. Same thing repeated another two times. They suggested something else and asked me to pay another £90. I said enough is enough and asked me to refund.They started negotiating that they will refund 80% for doing nothing. Then they raised the stakes to 100% refund after I raised a case with PayPal. They are asking to close the case to refund. Once the case is closed, PayPal can't help.Bottom line is that they don't have any products or they don't sell anything. Bunch of crooks.Don't go near to them

They sent me assembly instructions for a completely different table.For the damaged and incorrect product, they initially offered a 5% refund, which I refused. After I escalated the issue with PayPal, they increased the offer to 20%. However, they blackmailed me, insisting I close my PayPal case before they would issue the refund—on the condition that I keep the faulty table.PayPal later instructed me to return the item. The company first refused to provide a return address, and when I finally received one through PayPal, the courier quoted £80 for return shipping.To avoid further hassle, I reluctantly accepted the 20% refund and closed my PayPal case. But as soon as I did, Lakiq refused to pay the refund.This company is dishonest and untrustworthy.Do NOT buy anything from Lakiq.com.Stay far away from these fraudsters!
I ordered a desk for my son. It arrived a month later yan quoted with very limited tracking information and no updates. When it arrives the box was in extremely poor condition. Quite frankly it looked like someone else's return. It also stank of rotten fish. On opening the package, it was clear that the parts were all damaged. We took photos and sent to customer services. I requested them to arrange a return for a full refund. Instead I was offered a 5%refund, a free water bottle and a few replacement parts. Stay far away from this company.
Just right from the start. I need to say there are too much choices on Lakiq, and it is so easy to find a right pieces on website. The daybed came more quickly than expected. It highlights my living room and matches the designed style perfectly! Highly recommend!
Ordered a console table from this company £180 took months to arrive,When the box was opened the mdf top was all damaged on the back edge of the top and marked on the front edgeWe requested a refund as this console was obviously poor quality materials and would not stand the test of time? I am a joiner and know the different type of mdf and this is made from the softest type and definitely not moisture resistant We have been offered discounts, replacements but have insisted on refund but the will not entertain this and ignore our request and keep coming back with ridiculous offers Avoid this company at all costsSunday 9th November. still fighting for a full refund for this awful damaged piece of furniture they have offered me £55.40 !
This is nothing like the image, came in a tatty box, cheap material absolute garbage, took 2 months to get here, anyone ordering I would suggest you avoid like the plaque, go down to the nearest pound shop ask for a wooden crate and use that, it would be better quality.
While I had a small issue with installation, Lakiq's customer service was brilliant. They replied within an hour and verified the replacement part. The dresser itself is sturdy and beautifully finished. Mistakes happen, but their prompt and professional response earned my loyalty. Highly recommend!!
