I purchased the Modern Simple Style Rectangle Timber White Office Computer Desk with Compartment Drawers and Exterior Shelving (White, Table Only, 120 × 50 × 74 cm) for £116.75, plus £7.39 shipping and £2.27 insurance, totalling £126.41.Since receiving the confirmation email, I have not received the product, no tracking information, and no genuine communication from customer service. If I could give them a zero I would. We have tile delivered damaged; it took 30 days to receive it. They would not refund us and sent us another shipment and it also took over 30 days and was also delivered damaged. They will not return our money. They said we would have to ship it back to China and if they see fit they will give us a partial refund. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM LAKIQ! No matter how nice it looks. It's not worth it.
I knew from reading the shipping policy that the delivery was going to be long and it was. I was advised of the date a couple of months and it arrived in the time frame and very well packaged.It was a mission to open the package but there was no damageThe instructions were pictures only but it worked and I built on my own.I love my shelves on wheels. It's exactly what i wanted and fits in with the white kitchen I have . Everyone is impressed with it and think it's a great idea not realising it's not part of the new kitchen.It was going to cost me over a $1000 to get one in the kitchen and this cost under $400TIPSadd some cushioned tape to the top and bottom so the side of another cabinet is not damagedThe small plastic clips that the screws are pushed into need to have the lips taken off to make the shelves sturdy
Beautiful bookshelf! However, it seriously took forever to arrive. I started to worry after the six-week mark that it might never show up or was lost in transit. Thankfully, it was finally delivered after almost three months! The unit itself is stunning and exactly what I wanted.
Absolute scammers , ordered study table from them ,took ages to arrive and completely difficult to what e saw on the website . Piece of junk cheap wood with no accessories and missing back panels , offered me from 5% to 40% refund or replacement rather than refund , absolute let you down , do not buy anything from them as they will rip you off and ending up getting most junk item you ever imagine ..👎👎
Stay away by all means , they send you poorly packaged furniture, that most likely will be damaged or items with different finishes. Takes 2-3 months. After sending them an email ( this is the only way to communicate) they offer 5% refund and if you disagree they simply say this is the only option. So on the end you stock with wrong upholstered bed and Brocken top tv stand. They also offer you how they call ( high value gift) where most valuable is juice squeezer that 20$ on amazon .
BUYER BEWARE: THIS COMPANY WILL NEVER GIVE YOU A REFUND EVEN IF THE PRODUCT ARRIVES DAMAGED.The ottoman I purchased was packaged poorly and arrived terribly misshapen and unusable. I emailed Lakiq pictures and they agreed that the ottoman was damaged. And still, there was no way they were returning my money once they had it. What kind of sham business are they running? They are not to be trusted. You should also know that their products are cheaply made in China.DO NOT BUY FROM THIS AWFUL COMPANY.YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.
