Expensive Desk Order Gone Wrong

I ordered a costly office desk (over 800 GBP), with a maximum delivery time of 60 days. After 120 days, I was informed that my package was lost. Getting a refund has been nearly impossible. After about ten emails, they offered a 40% refund without providing the item. I’m now forced to file a formal complaint with my bank to retrieve my money. If the company does the right thing and issues a full refund, I will update my review.

Just What I Ordered

The item was exactly what I ordered. Although it took a while to ship since I chose standard delivery, 40 days from China to the UK wasn’t too bad. The 24-hour customer support was incredibly helpful, especially when the last parcel was delayed. The only reason I didn’t give five stars is that the courier didn’t assist my partner with the delivery. Overall, a very good experience.

Complete Scam

This is a complete scam. The item I received does not match the photos or description on the website. They charge for a high-spec product but send a cheap imitation. Customer support denies everything, claiming it’s accurate. Avoid buying anything from them. If you have already, stay calm and file a claim; payment processors offer some protection against this.

Unsatisfactory Quality
