The order arrived used, no refund

The order arrived used, damaged, smelled like a landfill, with missing parts and no instructions. I believe this business is actually a front for recycling used or returned items for a profit. Beware, there is no USA based office. Even with photos and purchasing shipping insurance they refused to offer my refund per the shipping insurance. They offered to have me pay out of pocket to return the items to China where they would potentially refund me. This was after waiting a month and a half to receive the “office chair”. Avoid.

CROOKS & SCAMMERS disguised as a furniture store

I cannot warn anybody enough, do NOT buy from these scammers! I ordered a tv unit, £868 including shipping. I woke on the middle of the night and my mind wouldn’t rest and it suddenly occurred to me I should have checked them out in trust pilot. I did this at 4am and to my absolute horror realised I had made a huge mistake. I cancelled the order literally 6 hours after placing it, only to face a full day of counter offers of discounts etc. I flatly declined each offer, then raised a dispute in PayPal. They mailed me saying they would give me a refund ‘if I closed the PayPal case’. Then they announced the 10% handling fee (for an order placed 6 hours before which did not involve any ‘handling’). I fought my case and PayPal concluded today that a full refund would be made without any ‘handling fee’ I’m so relieved and I will never make this mistake again - PLEASE PLEASE do not use this company!

I ordered a very simple cupboard three months ago. It arrived in a terrible condition- the corners of the 'wood' were broken, the wood itself was dusty and just cheap. The measurements are not identical to the description I read on the website. Since there's no support at all by their customers' service I want to warn you to order anything from this company. They are the worst!

SCAM SCAM SCAM!!!

SCAM SCAM SCAM!!!! They re refusing to issue a refund, and adding all this nonsense to their policy that is not explicitly stated in their Return FAQ. The product looked cheap, and trying to claim that "they did the best they could to best represent the product." Ok cool, congrats, I still hate it and want to return the product... and now they are saying that I would need to pay for international shipping, duties, and if damaged, no refund. This was shipped from California.. Like hello?!?! THEY SHOULD BE REPORTED! AVOID!

Customer service is a joke

Ordered an $800 dollar toilet specifically for our rough-in design. It took 6 weeks for delivery. Upon arrival the cardboard package was in horrible condition. I started to open and the toilet lid had a corner that was in 20 peices and completely unrepairable. There are also two large cracks starting from the top of the tank to the lip of the bowl. I documented everything and filled out a complaint for damaged goods. I was assuming a new toilet but no, they will give me a new lid and a compound mixture that I have to apply myself to fix the tank. This company is a joke and I plan on fighting until I get a full refund. DO NOT BUY FROM LAKIQ! completely disaster.

Ordered a wine rack. Came in a million put together pieces. Boards were warped, pegs didn't fit, normal wine bottle does not fit. Customer service gives standard replies. PRODUCT IS CRAP.

My rack came within the given timeframe…

My rack came within the given timeframe and looks great. But the guidance is in Chinese... I contacted the after-sale team for the English instructions and received it after waiting about 3 hours. It's easy to follow the instruction and it works well in my garage. Many thanks for timely support.

I would leave 0 stars if I could. It took forever to receive the item. it didn't come with instructions. Finally sent them, the guy who put together said these instructions are terrible and it took him forever to put it together. The wood was chipped on the outside of the cabinet and scratches on the outside wood, pieces, not happy! No lights inside as shown in photo, deceiving. I asked for a partial refund and company refused and said we can give you a choice of some cheap trashy gifts or a 10% to 15% discount on your next order. No I will never order from them again!! Terrible! Don't order from this company.

Update on my previous review and a tip to others.I was able to get a refund for the damaged goods via my credit card company RBS.Lakiq will try all sorts to avoid a refund. Given them one chance to refund (your credit card company will need to know you tried) and then claim off your credit card provider if you used one. Very straightforward One item is till missing nearly 3 months after order.
