incomplete order. Slow to respond, granted they said after the initial email saying they were busy and may take 3 days but we were on a deadline re electrician hence ordering last week, but it was like they hadn't read the initial email. No idea given for how long/ if the order will be fulfilled or if we need to return at present
The review request is a bit early and my opinion is based on the facr that the delivery time was missed completely and our client became very upset because we couldn't perform the job. The bulbs ordered are for the installation of a large chandelier and the delivery date was very important. I can't give a review on the item ordered yet.
