Avoid! The prices are cheap for a reason! Promised delivery date came and went, electrician here all week to fit the lights. Zero communication from customer services, had to resort to messaging them on Facebook. Dpd tracking showed the delivery was being returned to sender, no attempt to deliver made. Company said they couldn’t do anything until the orders had been returned to them! £400 out of pocket and had to buy replacements with no reimbursement.In reply to the response: I didn’t state 8 days and had to resort to fb messaging due to no response via email. It is unacceptable to expect a customer who has paid in full to wait for the order to be returned to receive a refund. The attitude is dreadful and unhelpful.
