Scam website

asked to cancel my order due to extremely long lead times. Conveniently, I was then told the item had already shipped, which I do not believe given the earlier delays.The business operates under a .co.uk website, which I find misleading. Based on my experience, the site raises serious concerns and feels like a scam. I would advise others to be cautious

Lampsmodern UK is not a genuine UK business, despite appearances; it's a misleading website that takes orders in the UK but ships directly from China, leading to long waits, poor quality, and difficulty with returns. Long-winded “Customer Service” emails are clearly written by AI bots. Goods failed to arrive.

Received item that needed all the wiring to be completed and connected. For the price I was expecting a good quality light. Poor quality item, not as expected, no safety stickers. Very disappointing, would not recommend

Lovely lights

The customer service is brilliant. We had a couple of issues, one of which was entirely our own fault and the company have resolved by sending out a replacement shade. Very prompt responses from them. The lights themselves are really lovely

I purchased a Light fitting from Lampsmodern and we are extremely pleased with our purchase. We had trouble getting spare Led light discsand after contacting customer service they were kind enough to send me 5 replacement discs .greatservice from Lampsmodern.

Ordered some outdoor lights

Ordered some outdoor lights. Design flaw in that the grub screws to create the light seal to ensure waterproof were way too small. On top of this they were impossible screw into place due to size and position so close to the wall I was fixing them too. Package all back up contacted them to return the goods. Had pretty quick reply giving me the option to keep the lights (even though they were useless) in return for a 10% refund. I declined and asked for instructions to return the goods. They have since went quiet and not replying to the two emails I have sent asking for the return instructions. I paid £115 for these and they have literally no use due to poor design. PLEASE ANYONE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY TO PURCHASE ANY OF THEIR PRODUCTS AS IF YOU ENCOUNTER A PROBLEM LIKE I HAVE YOU WILL NOT GET A REFUND.

Minimalist LED Light purchase was a good experience

It was so easy to communicate with lampsmodern and get a reply within 24hrs to resolve my query. Great communication sometimes lacks with companies but not this one. My kitchen light is exactly what I want when cooking and I can clearly see what I’m doing. Super lightweight to and easy to fit onto ceiling.
