We purchased a contemporary LED light for our son’s room, and he loves it! The modern design looks great and provides the perfect amount of light. One of the best features is that it’s flush to the ceiling, preventing it from being knocked down during play. The size is ideal, the quality is excellent, and installation was easy. Overall, a smooth buying experience. Just a note that shipping may take a bit longer, but it was worth the wait.
The delivery time was long, but it was during the Christmas season. However, the lights I received are of very poor quality and unusable. I have concerns about the safety of the product due to shoddy assembly. When I asked for a return, they requested I complete a survey, which I did, but I’ve emailed them three times asking for a return label. I have a strong feeling that returning these will be a struggle. Avoid this company.
Avoid at all costs… The products are of very poor quality and priced too high. All images and descriptions are misleading, and I suspect the product reviews on their site are fake. I ordered outdoor lights (IP65), but received under-canopy lights that are unusable outside. The other items are also poorly made and require assembly without instructions, which took hours due to the bad quality of the parts.
Avoid this Chinese company at all costs. The light I received is a safety hazard with sharp screw ends protruding from the top. The quality is the worst I've ever encountered. Customer service is unhelpful, offering a 10% refund instead of addressing the safety issue. They claimed it would be costly to return based on 'personal preference.' This is not about preference; it’s about safety. They did look into my issue and advised me to document the disposal of the light for a full refund. I took photos at the local tip and ultimately received a complete refund.
Purchased a ceiling light which stated it was glass & iron but what they sent was cheap, scratched plastic. When I emailed they didn't acknowledge the fact that the material is wrong or what i was saying and just went straight to trying to get me to keep it and only offered 10% refund (which i accepted to be done with them) which is ridiculous considering the cost of the item or a return which of course I would have to pay even more for. Looking at other reviews they seem to be doing this to others which feels very scammy.Order number LPUK32557I would not buy from this website again.
Their website gives the impression that this is a UK-based business; however, the products are shipped from overseas (China).The order took a couple of weeks to arrive, and when it did, the lights did not look worth the price we had paid. I wanted to return them, but was repeatedly met with offers of partial refunds or discounts to keep the items instead. At one point, after mentioning that we had already installed alternative lights, they even suggested I might have another room to use their product in.After repeatedly insisting on initiating a return, I was eventually given a return address in China. Returning the items with tracked delivery would cost around £100.Their returns page makes no mention of items needing to be returned overseas, which I feel is very misleading. Despite raising this concern, they have refused to offer any alternative solution. As a result, I have had to raise a dispute with my credit card provider in the hope that they can resolve the issue.
I had a very disappointing experience with this store. I placed my order on 9th November and waited over six weeks for delivery. During this time, I contacted customer service multiple times and was repeatedly told that the item had been shipped, but the tracking number provided did not work and no valid update was ever given.Because of the extremely long delay, I was forced to buy an alternative product elsewhere, which resulted in additional costs for me. When I requested a refund, my request was ignored or avoided, and I was informed that the order could not be cancelled even though I still had not received the item.In the end, I was offered only a 20% refund, which I find completely inadequate given the length of the delay and the inconvenience caused.Communication was poor, responses were generic and unhelpful, and no real effort was made to resolve the issue fairly. I would not recommend this store due to unreliable delivery, lack of transparency, and very poor customer service.
I got the impression this was an UK based company (.co.UK) but it appears the be entirely in China so long delivery wait as others have mentioned. When the lamp arrive I was very disappointed with the quality, cheap materials and all very flimsy - if I had paid half the amount I would still have been overcharged. Having fitted the lamp the night light would not turn off so emailed them twice for advice and have been totally ignored! Stay clear!!9/1/26 - just an update of this dreadful company. After various communications they offered me a replacement unit which I accepted as a reasonable conclusion to this situation only for them to withdraw the offer as they said (from China) that the lamp was working as it should!!!
If I could give 0 stars I would. Do not order from this site. Items are of very poor quality and take ages to come from China. Still unable to organise a return or get a refund for a light we ordered from them on 6th Dec. I have unboxed this again to show our electrician and cut my finger on the sharp puncture holes in the metal! Our electrician would refuse to fit this, if it was ok to fit. This light is not fit for purpose and is dangerous. Order No LPUK32488. Updated - Now refunded. Thank you.
