Good customer relations

I bought a light from them but it had some parts missing so I requested a refund. They were very efficient and professional in responding to all my requests but the refund has taken time to process.

These lights are really pretty and well…

These lights are really pretty and well priced. As they are shipped overseas, expect a wait. I would have given 5 stars, but there is no UK phone number for this company, so all Correspondence is via email only.
