My experience with this company is…mixed

My experience with this company is mixed. As they are based in China, delivery times are very extended (I waited 7 weeks for my lights). On the other hand, their service is good. I needed instructions on how to pair the light sensors and remote control following an outage and they gave clear advice which resolved the issue.

Do not buy from this website

Do not buy from this website . Items arriving dammaged, very cheeply looking and charged hundreds. If you want to return item you have to pay over a 100pounds as its in China. Customer service goes circles and takes ages to reply and even denying its from their website. Had to rise a dispute via paypal. Still waitting on 250pounds refund.

Very misleading website, implying it's a UK-based company; but it's Chinese.....with the obvious downsides:1. Unbelievably slow delivery2. Vulnerable, damaged packaging 3. Unable to return the purchase if you don't like it.I've given it two stars rather than one, because the light actually works.

Missing parts, customer service team unresponsive

I received my order missing two essential components, making it impossible to install the pendant light. After spending £184, I’m left with a product I can’t use. I’ve reached out twice via email and attempted to call, but have received no response. Interestingly, when I previously contacted them for tracking details, they replied the same day - so it’s clear I’m now being ignored. If I don’t hear back within two working days, I’ll be reporting this to Trading Standards. As much as their products are visually appealing, the lack of customer support and accountability makes the experience incredibly frustrating. I would not recommend this company to friends or family. It’s simply not worth the stress of wondering whether you’ll get a refund or a replacement.

Are they UK complaint ?

As many have said the website is misleading. We should have seen the reviews here before buying. The packaging was inadequate, delivery took a number of days, tracking was not possible even when they gave a tracking number. Most importantly our electrician said there is no CE or UK CA marking. So not sure how they can sell in the UK. The lights are also not cheap. Disappointed that we bought from here as the light is also much smaller than it seemed on the images.

ZERO AFTER SALES SERVICE!…

I ordered 6 glass ceiling lamp shades on 2 nd October 2025 which came to nearly £200, when I got them they were not the right size for the room. I sent a request to return the items, I was sent a form to complete indicating the reason for the return. I completed and returned the form the 19th, but had no response. I sent another query on the 23rd, to which they responded I should try and find another use for them. Their website says refunds are permitted, however, in reality this is not possible. Do not use this company, there is absolutely no after sales service!I have now had a reply saying they should have replied sooner, requesting my response in a form regarding the reason for the refund. I have filled in that form twice, with no further action being taken!

Long Delivery Times

When we originally ordered and paid for our light we didn't realise that this was a company based out of China that would be shipping the light to the UK. As a consequence we were not expecting it to take close to a month to have it delivered which was a little frustrating. However, I realised partway through the wait that I had ordered the wrong light colour (I wanted warm white) so I got in touch with them to ask if it could be changed. Because the company operates out of a different time zone there was no instant response to emails or chat messages which was a little frustrating. Nevertheless I did get a response the following day and they kindly swapped the order for me. So I cannot fault that aspect of the customer service and the item I got was a great light. So, as long as you are prepared to wait, you should be really happy with the product.
