Do NOT Trust This Company

I ordered from Lavish Envy but never got my items. Worse still, they repeatedly charged my account about $50 every few months without my permission. These charges were entirely unauthorized, and I had to dispute them multiple times with my bank. This company operates like a scam, lacking transparency, not offering effective customer support, and providing no explanation for the recurring charges.

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!I purchased the Silver Iris Maxi Dress from this company on 2nd December 2024. It is now the 6th July 2025 and I have STILL NOT received my order!! I have been back and forth with the company email and all I have received is a pity full 20% refund. This company’s customer service is absolutely diabolical. I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone!!

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!!!! I bought a dress for my brothers wedding and I never received the dress, only got a $5.23 refund for the inconvenience AND on top of it was being charged for the monthly VIP membership. I dont know if this has happened to other people but I was able to proceed to purchase the dress even without clicking the little box agreeing to the VIP membership. Yes there is the big black box that you had to click on "continute to purchase (agree to exclusive VIP membership)" but there was a small box before that you had to click on to agree to terms and conditions that I didnt. The moral of the story is to never buy from a site like this unless you want to be scammed.

Scam!! Ignore all the other fake reviews all from men. Money has been debited from my account monthly and they claim its for an "exclusive" membership that I apparently agreed to. I did not! Do not purchase anything from this website.

This is a fraudulant company

This is a fraudulant company. It's been close to 3 months and I have not recieved my dress nor any help from customer service. They also billed me an additional $30 for a "membership fee" which I did not sign up for. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

wish i could rate less

wish i could rate less. absolutely do not buy from this site. dress arrived fine and was cute, what wasn’t cute was having them steal $300+ from my debit card. this company is a scam they use your card to charge you over and over again. any good review is most likely a bot!
