Review Time
Following poor experience of a purchase last December, previous review written for this. I cancelled the “subscription” with confirmation it had been ended 15.05.2025. They have again attempted to take a further £22.95 from my bank account. AVOID
After 2.5 months of wait I received the ordered dress that was not of the quality that was marketed. They said they will send me a replacement dress which never happened. I've noticed yesterday they are still charging me for some membership I never gave consent to. Stay away, this was a horrible experience!
I would not recommend purchasing anything from this website. I purchased back in December of 2024 and only revived my package March of 2025. The dresses it self is low quality and had unfinished edges. On top of that, upon purchase I had no idea that I would be signed up to a VIP membership where they take out money every couple months. I’ve had two transactions taken out within this year and had no idea about it because I got no Email confirming my membership. When I realised I was being charged for nothing I email customer service to get my membership cancelled so I don’t get charged anymore. However fast forward to today, I just got charged another $45 from lavish ivy. I understand that misunderstandings happen but it’s very inconvenient to have to contact them over and over again because of this issue that could’ve been easily solved. I’m starting to get very frustrated because I was not able to get a refund on the first two “membership transactions” and now I have to wait to get a refund on this third transaction that shouldn’t have been processed in the first place.
My daughter was signed up to a monthly subscription costing $50 per month, she never agreed to or clicked on m was told would be fixed then charged again, also the dress she ordered never arrived, absolutely a scam .
Originally ordered a dress from the site for an event. Was supposed to arrive within a weeks time. I did not even get shipping information till a week later. Ended up cancelling my order. If you do not read the fine print carefully you will be charged monthly subscription fees. I was unaware I was paying this till my bank notified me. Mind you I had not used the site since cancelling my order. When I reached out to their team they told me they could not refund me even though I was not aware I was paying for their “monthly membership fees” that seem to be very hidden when purchasing from them. They also told me they were unable to process my membership cancellation due to an error on their end. When asked about a time frame of when they would be able to process that request they could not give me an answer. I would never order from their site again and seems like it’s not trustworthy.
