BANK CARD SCAM. Never again, I ordered over three months ago with no delivery, no communication despite emails and no response to emails. The company also tried to scam charge my account $25usd three months later. Luckily my bank picked it up and I filed a dispute. Had to change my bank cards though. Very unhappy customer.
This place feels like a scam! I placed my order back in April 8th and I'm still waiting for the “warehouse” to confirm it. I've followed up multiple times, and they finally gave me the option to cancel and get a refund. But now that I've confirmed the cancellation, they told me they “cannot guarantee that we'll be able to stop it at this stage” . On top of that, they keep charging me $29.99 a month for a “subscription fee” that I never signed up for. Who would sign up for a random online clothing store while just trying to check out? I'm still waiting for my refund to be processed, or I’ll have to dispute all the charges with my bank. I wouldn’t trust all the 5-star reviews here!
Stay away from this brand. I ordered a dress on March 16th and it still hasn’t arrived. I have already contacted them once about cancelling a membership (that I didn’t even realise had begun) and nothing has been done about it. Terrible brand.
I placed my order May 16 and they keep telling me that it takes some time to get everything shipped and delivered. They are excellent with responding back to emails but over 5 weeks later I still don't have a shipping update. I had to postpone my engagement photoshoot twice and now my invites will be delayed too. I told them to refund my money. And also they charged me $29.99 for a VIP membership that I didnt sign up for and that I have to dispute. They said that if you buy one of their dresses it automatically enrolls you to the subscription which I swear I didn't subscribe to. Good thing I always check my credit card for all my purchases. Please dont waste your time and buy somewhere else. Like everyone else. I should've read reviews.
COMPLETE SCAM!! The 5 star reviews are fake. I ordered a dress from this company on the 7th of June and after two weeks of not receiving a tracking number or an email saying my order had been shipped, I came on here and discovered it was a scam. I also found out that so many other people has been continually charged for a VIP program they never signed up for and when I checked my bank account they had done the same to me. I emailed them and told them to cancel my order and to refund both charges to my account and all they did was claim I did sign up to their VIP program which they cancelled. No refund, no cancelled order. I had to dispute the charges with my bank to get the money back.

This site is a scam! I ordered a dress in April and have not received it. When I reached out voicing my concerns, I was told that they were backed up on orders and to wait. I did wait and reached out again recently and was told that I would get updated on my order quickly. Still no update. I will say I did receive a partial refund to "patiently wait" for my dress. I just put in my order number to see if I can track it in anyway and shocker, it says that my order number doesn't exist/couldn't be found. Now when I go onto the site my VPN gives me a warning that the site could be a scam. As cute as these dresses are, stay away and go to a site that you've been to before.
