Do not be fooled by the 5 star reviews, I promise you they are fake.I ordered a dress on 7/25, and on 8/12 the order was still in the "processing" phase. I had emailed customer service, in which all of their replies were copy and paste replies. No one could tell me anything about my package. I was told that they reached out to the fulfillment team and would let me know what they say. After 5 days of waiting for the fulfillment team to respond, customer service still couldn't tell me what they said. I tried to call their customer service number they provide on their website, but it always goes straight to voicemail stating "one of their devoted team members will get back to you shortly". I am still waiting to talk to one of "their devoted team members". IF YOU DO ORDER, make sure to log into the account that should of been crated for you, and click the membership tab. I bet you will be signed up for their membership that is supposed to send you "monthly package" and post a monthly charge on your bank account. Thankfully I caught this before I was charged thanks to other reviews I read. I will say that all the 5 star reviews are definitely fake. Some of them are repeat posts that reposted on different sites, with a different name or anonymously. The dress may be pretty, but the company is a scam. Please don't fall for it like I did!!
I purchased a dress from Lavish Ivy in June. The dress arrived fine. The problems have started afterwards, every month since, this company has taken £22 out of my account. There is no way to get any proper contact. Absolutely scam. I have reported this fraud to my bank and hope to get it resolved this way.AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!
If I could give ZERO STARS (SCAM) I would. I orderED a dress "on sale" of their site, took nearly a month to come in, was the complete wrong size and smelled weird. There was no shape or body to the dress and felt cheaply made. The best part is they secretly enroll you in some "membership" and charge you monthly. The charge is 29.99 which is more then the dress I paid for. STAY AWAY.
This a horrible company. Purchased a cheap dress now my credit card is being hit with recurrent charges days of$29.99 days apart from each other. Company told me they will not refund any of the charges. Do yourself a favor and avoid this company!
Rip off alert! Once you purchase one thing from this company they will sign you up for some kind of membership with recurring charges of $29.99 and it is near impossible to stop the charges short of reporting your card stolen. Also, the clothing is cheaply made and completely different from the clothing pictured. Best to void this company entirely.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! THEY CONTINUOUSLY CHARGE YOUR CARD!They sent me a dresses in the wrong size (one XS and the other an XL). I spent WEEKS having to prove to them their big dress was not in fact an XS in order to get a refund. And they still never refunded me and are taking my money! Reported to my bank
this is a scam company. the take money out of your account at least once a month on a vip membership you DO NOT enroll in. the dress quality is shocking, poor quality and then they ignore any emails when asking for a return address and refund.MASSIVE SCAM DO NOT BUY.
☆ DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE ☆If I could give LESS then 1 star i would!Ordered 2 dresses, paid for express freight, they never arrived.Chased up with the care team who can never give me answers, then finally came back and said the hold up was due to only 1 of the dresses, I asked for the other one to be sent.. it Never came! Chased up again, still stuff around replies.. eventually asked for a complete refund.. and still haven't received it.Customer service is poorPretty sure this company is just a SCAM... be careful people!!!
