SCAM.If I could give ZERO stars, I would. Never received any shipping notification or item. I’ve contacted their customer support and was told I’d receive a refund. I STILL have not gotten my refund but they did charge my card another $29.99!!!I’m disputing all charges!
Made a one time purchase of a dress, and thereafter got deducted monthly. When I reached out to customer service they said that I automatically became a member of their membership club when purchasing an item from their website and would not compensate me for the monthly payments that had been deducted from my account for six months!!
I would give it a 0 star this company is a BIG SCAM please do not buy here. We ordered a dress 8 weeks ago never received a confirmation or tracking number. Every time I contact them or emailed they just give me the run around. Do not buy here please report to BBB
The skirt I got is so versatile. I’ve paired it with different tops, and it always looks great. The fabric is comfortable, and the fit is flattering. My order arrived quickly, and the website was easy to use. I’m happy with my purchase!
don’t order from this website. they’re a scam. haven’t received my dress & have been charged for a subscription of $30 dollars that i’d never signed up for. i’ve not received my dress , let alone a email that it’s been shipped out. i even called & asked them to cancel my order altogether & made them aware that they needed to avoid charging me for something that i’d never agreed to to begin with. they insisted they’d cancelled it. but , just got charged today. changing my card information. avoid. them. i swear.
STEER CLEAR!Ordered items over a month ago with no real update as to when they would arrive. They charged me an additional fee to my credit card that I did not authorize. Customer support seems nice, but gives the run around and doesn't address the real issue at hand. Looks like I'm not the only one. Reporting this company and disuputing my charges with my bank.
I placed an order with Lavish Ivy on April 9, 2025, and as of May 15, I still have not received my product or a refund. That’s over a month of being strung along with no resolution in sight. I’ve exchanged more than 30 emails with their customer service, and all they ever say is that my request is being “escalated.” Escalated to what? There’s nothing to escalate — I don’t have the product, so just issue the refund. It’s that simple.This company has provided zero accountability, no timeline, and no actual help. Just vague responses, delay tactics, and empty promises. The fact that they think it’s acceptable to hold onto someone’s money indefinitely without providing the item or a proper explanation is outrageous.At this point, Lavish Ivy seems completely fraudulent. No legitimate business treats customers like this. If you’re considering ordering from them — DON’T. Save yourself the time, stress, and money. This company should be investigated and shut down for their shady practices.
I still haven’t received my 5.00 refund they promised, they took at least $60 out of my acct , it’s been since May2025 and no dress. It’s now July . This company is a scam! Please do not buy unless you want to donate your hard earned money.
