SCAM STAY AWAY. Dresses never showed. Then they started taking money out of my account for ‘subs’. I got it all refunded in the end but months later money started coming out again! The refunds never quite fully recover me… so whether they’re just taking a small cut and/or exchange rates… who knows.
They lied about the fabric online. All dresses are comprised of mostly, some completely, synthetic material. Their sizing is incorrect. Emailing support for returns proves fruitless and they have a severe miscommunication issue. NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM
SCAM!!!!Do not buy from this brand. I bought a dress and they then said I signed up for a subscription and kept taking money out of my account. I emailed to cancel and they said they would. 5 months later I checked my bank account and had 2 transactions from them. I had not bought anything from them and I was assured it was cancelled.
SCAMMERS big time! Ordered in Jul 18th never shipped when contacted customer support after a month they told me they couldnt refund me ver 10 emails back and forth about the refund promissing me they will refund me and nothingI went back to my back account and notice 4 other charges for $29.99 !!!!Called my bank and reported as FRAUD and got it backAlso needed to cancel my card because they changed their sellers name to keep charging my card after i reported themA new card arriving in mail.
Do not purchase from this website unless you want fraudulent charges on your credit card.In the end I had to cancel my card. - 9 January 2025 – Order placed- 21 January 2025- Order still not shipped- 19 March 2025- Order arrived (after two months)From here I continued to get charged for a “VIP Membership” which I did not sign up for.Illegal charges:- 21 March 2025 $47.79- 03 September 2025 $45.25- 16 September 2025 $45.25Avoid this scam website at all costs.
I had a very disappointing experience with Lavish Ivy. The products I received looked nothing like the pictures advertised, and when I reached out to customer service, they placed the blame on me instead of addressing the issue. I was only given a partial refund, and to make matters worse, I was charged for a “VIP membership” that I never signed up for.Overall, I feel misled and taken advantage of. Customers deserve honesty, transparency, and fair treatment — unfortunately, my experience with this company was the opposite.
